Order #[BWSVITB1000279978] - Package stuck since February 8, 2026! No movement on tracking [5P6D8108808], ignored 8+ tickets/emails. Support unresponsive for over a month.
Unacceptable delay from Clevy Links warehouse in Italy (LMSP WH). Demand full refund immediately or reship with tracking. Will escalate to chargeback via Bybit!
Five weeks for a €100 order and zero real customer service.
I placed an order with Stylevana on 9 December 2025 (approx. €100). The order sat marked as “dispatched” for five weeks with no meaningful tracking updates. I contacted customer service multiple times and received only automated system replies — no human response, no explanation, no accountability.
The order eventually arrived after five weeks, but that does not excuse the delay or the complete lack of communication. At no point did Stylevana proactively update me, investigate the delay, or respond properly to my emails. An automated ticket number is not customer service.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that I am a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of euros with Stylevana and regularly places orders for family members as well. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in the company.
Delays happen. Silence, poor logistics transparency, and ignoring customers do not.
I will not be ordering again unless there is a serious improvement in customer service and delivery standards
Review Update
The order arrived properly, well sealed, and all products matched what I had ordered. The waiting time was quite long (about one month), but in the end the company did deliver what was promised.
In my opinion, it would be helpful to provide clearer and more up-to-date sales information regarding shipping times. Considering that the order comes from Asia, the delay is understandable.
Overall, Stylevana is reliable and shopping with them is cost-effective. You just need a bit of patience. In the end, I am satisfied.
I placed an order on August 25. Today is September 15 and I received an email that some products are out of stock, which means after 20 days they still haven’t even shipped my package… Do not order there!!!!
Ho fatto un ordine il 25 agosto. Oggi è il 15 settembre e ho ricevuto un’email che alcuni prodotti sono esauriti, cioè dopo 20 giorni non hanno nemmeno spedito il mio pacco… Non ordinate lì!!!!
I am absolutely furious with this company. I placed order BWSVITB1000121279 on 13/07/2025 and paid €60.80 immediately. A full month later, I have received NOTHING. No product, no valid tracking, and zero meaningful updates.
Their email responses, if they bother to reply at all, are completely useless. This is unbelievably bad service and an outright failure to fulfill their obligations.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company. I will be pursuing every available option to escalate this, including public exposure, legal action, and consumer complaints.
I Will este It 0 star if I can, I perder in May and is August , I havent receive it… I feel Im being robbed , contacted them by email, ticket and so requestong the reimburstment, the attention is terrible they only offer me to sent it once more and share a New tracking link … I paid 300 euros and got nothing . Ho fatto un ordine importante il 1/06/2025, leggo che ci va tempo, che la tracciabilità non è possibile fino ad arrivo in Italia... però trovo agghiacciante che le sole risposte che riesci ad ottenere dal customer support siano risposte preconfezionate e non risolutive...la mia paura è di averci perso 136€....
Aperte 3 chat in momenti diversi nelle quale chiedevo informazioni addizionali e spiegazioni, avuto scambio di svariate mail...nulla di risolutivo o minimamente chiarificatore....non so più cosa fare
Qui di seguito le mie mail a riprova di quel che dico e le loro non risposte:
1) Dear Stylevana Customer Support, I am writing again regarding my order #BWxxxxxxxxxxxxx, placed on June 1st, 2025, with insured shipping.
On June 5th, I received a shipping notification and the tracking number xxxxxxxxxxx (marked as "KAR-IT"), but to this day, the tracking is still not recognized on any tracking platform.
I have already contacted your support multiple times, both via email and live chat, but have not received any useful or concrete updates about my parcel.
Moreover, I also tried reaching out to your Italian support address as mentioned in your shipping confirmation… but the message bounced back as undeliverable.
At this point, I kindly but firmly request:
A clear confirmation that the parcel has been physically shipped and handed to a courier.
The exact name of the carrier currently handling the delivery (not just the “KAR-IT” label).
A realistic update on the shipping status.
I would even be ready to place a new order soon, but I cannot proceed until this situation is resolved transparently and satisfactorily.
Please respond as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, as already told in my previous email POSTE ITALIANE website status that the tracking number Is NON DISPONIBILE which means not available. This is not acceptable! When has the parcel be given to courier? I would like to inform you that, if I do not receive a concrete and verifiable update within the next 24 hours, I will take the following actions:
File a public report on Trustpilot explaining my experience
Initiate a chargeback request with my credit card provider, citing non-receipt of goods and unresponsive seller
I believe I’ve shown enough patience and willingness to resolve this privately. Please respond appropriately before these steps become unavoidable.

Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately this response is not satisfactory.
I paid for insured shipping, and yet the tracking number provided (xxxxxxxxxxxxx) is still not valid on any tracking platform, including the one you linked (Poste Italiane).
At this point, I request:
A clear confirmation from the actual shipping carrier (not just a platform that has no data)
Proof that the package has been handed over to the courier (scan or entry)
Please note that generic replies such as “it is in transit” do not fulfill the basic requirements of insured delivery.
If I do not receive a verifiable update within 48 hours, I will:
File a public complaint on Trustpilot and social platforms
Proceed with a chargeback through my credit card provider, for non-receipt of goods and lack of response from seller
I sincerely hope to avoid these steps, but I will not accept vague reassurances in place of real tracking.

4) Thank you for your reply. I have now received multiple generic messages with no concrete update or valid tracking information regarding my insured order #BWxxxxxxxxx.
While I understand technical difficulties may occur, the current delay has exceeded any reasonable timeframe — and the tracking code 5P6xxxxxxxx is still not active on any courier platform.
Please consider this my final attempt to resolve the issue privately.
If I do not receive:
A working, traceable tracking update
Or one of the following alternatives:
1. Reshipment of the full order
or
2. A store credit/voucher of the full value of my purchase
within the next 48 hours, I will proceed with:
1. A chargeback through my credit card provider for non-receipt of goods
2. A public complaint on Trustpilot and consumer platforms
I hope your team can resolve this before these actions become necessary.

Horrendous ongoing experience.
I originally made my order 27th March 2024 totalling 82 Euros.
It is now 3rd of May and I have not had a response for 10 days, I have not received a tracking number, or my order or a refund.
All I want now is my items or a refund. And since asking for a refund they have not responded.
Worst website ever do not use for anything.
I am going to have to get legal action involved and dispute the payment.
Dont order here anything!! I am going to write a thousand of reviews if they are not going to refund my money.
