Lets start by saying their beds are extremely cheap quality. Broke within 3 months of owning it. Extremely poor customer service who have been constantly ignoring me and avoiding my calls. Even the delivery men were creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable!

Do not use this company their products are faulty and their customer service is zero. I paid £600 for a bed with shoddy quality broken middle bar and a mattress which dipped within a week. Ridiculous customer service and just awful experience. Don't bother.

I bought a bed back in June ( for a loft conversion that has only just been completed ) took ages to arrive to start with. Building the bed was a nightmare with no instructions cheaply used wood and material. Bolts didn't fit, gas lifts don't work and everytime I've tried to contact this company I've literally had no reply whatsoever. I have now had to sleep on the floor and on search for a replacement bed already. Worse money spent.

We were a bit apprehensive to order with the website due to the fact its not a known brand.
However we have been pleasantly surprised with our experience.
The bed is beautiful and seem made of very good quality material. I have looked in John Lewis and next etc
Honestly say for the price, the bed cannot be faulted.
Our communication experience with the company has been very good too.
Would recommend their Akasa bed.

I only wish my wife reviewed this company before she ordered from them costing us loads of money..

Don't bother buying from them as

1. They take your money and don't deliver anything ( We waited 4weeks)

2. They misadvertise their delivery capabilities

3. They do not answer the phone.

4. Do not expect any Proactivity or Reactivity from this dreaded company.

5. It Got so bad that Barclays Bank actually reversed the charge and refunded us with no questions asked.

They must be dropshippers as they are not actually UK based.

Bed is super comfy and strong. Ordering process was quite simple and easy. Delivery was quite quick and was as it was promised.
I will definitely recommend.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is a scam. My bed is of the lowest quality, extremely cheap looking. The headboard and footboard are different shades from each other. The bed has broken after a months usage and I can now see why. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Very please to have the bed looks fab & great quality ,very quick delivery. Customer service staff was very helpful to choose and order the bed with matching ottoman storage box.

Terrible quality, bed has broken after six months as is only supported by one slat of thin wood on the lower end and one slat on the upper end.

I am writing an update.
I received my bed and mattress and am happy with them.
The company contacted me and were very helpful and apologetic

I came across this company online and placed an order for a bed and a mattress and received it after nearly 6 weeks !! Horrendous quality and rude delivery drivers. I am really very disappointed from styling it up and wish should have bought from another company as this one doesn't seem reliable at all.

P.s : They don't reply to emails and the phone number they advertise on their website never gets answered.

Absolutely love the bed, just as the pictures on the website shows. Had a small issue which was very promptly resolved by their excellent customer service representative would not hesitate in recommending.

Love my new bed !! Exactly what I wanted , the assembly was pretty straight forward and I had it up by myself in about an hour which is great !! Excellent value for money , would be recommending you to friends and family.

Very happy with the product and service received. My bed arrived as promised and was delivered on time. Took me like an hour to build it up and I am absolutely delighted with my new bed with brilliant price and quality. Highly recommended.

Avoid - company are impossible to engage with. I have purchased a king size Freeze Chesterfield from this company. I completed lots of research on various companies and settled on styling it up given the fantastic range of reviews on here.
The king size Freeze Chesterfield is advertised with a width of 162cm. The width is actually in excess of 190cms. The bed was delivered 6th march, I tried to call upon discovering the discrepancy of width, no response. Followed up with an email, which they responded to 10th march. They stated someone would call me to discuss. To date (18/03) no call back. I have called multiple times everyday since on the advertised number. No response. Sent follow up emails,no response. Messaged on Facebook page, no response. Literally impossible to get a hold of the company. Disgraceful service, inaccurate descriptions in website.

Super simple ordering , bed arrived quickly and on time. They also call you before delivery to let you know they're on their way. Easy assembly of the bed and well packaged. Absolutely delighted with my new bed !
