The trainers they supplied did not flex and it was impossible to put a foot in either shoe.
They said, send them back, to factory in the back of beyond in China, and eventually I would get a refund on the shoes not the postage.!
Classic dumping! I will contact the standards agency!
They will most likely be selling through different names. Be very careful.

Would score as no stars if I could- ordered a dress which was advertised as cotton/ linen but when arrived ( after a long wait) was cheap and nasty polyester- completely false advertising. Went straight into the bin as the return policy didn’t give confidence that a refund would be given ( as they need to ‘inspect’ the item first)- avoid at all costs

Apart from taking about a month to arrive, they are very poorly stitched shoes. And although they have a returns policy, posting back to the company from the UK, costs would amount to about the same costs of the inferior shoes. Plus reading Stylishoe returns policy, it doesn’t mean that I’d automatically get my money back, so I’d loose out on reimbursement of inferior shoes and postage. Beware!

Wifes shoes arrived but were very poor Qaulity so she sent them straight back with postal tracking , The tracking says delivered but they won't confirm it not answering emails and no refund . Wouldn't advise buying from this company and don't know how they get good reviews I can only think they write them themselfs .

Item ordered 29th June. Cost was £28.76 including £4.80 postage. Finally delivered 16th July.
Ordered size 12.5 - but no way were the shoes that size.

Returns have to be paid for by sender - but were told by Stylishoe (in an awful email saying “As you know …) that the goods had to be returned to China by Tracked post. The Post Office wanted £28 - coincidentally the same as the original cost of the shoes - so any eventual refund would not cover the cost of returning them.

Awful service and experience.

After wearing a handful of times the sole of my 'hiking shoes' developed cracks and let in water. Totally not fit for purpose. Would not refund without me paying to ship them back to China! Very poor quality and absolute rubbish customer service. Do not use this company

The hiking shoes I ordered took longer to arrive than I expected - there was no mention in the advertising that they would be supplied from China. They were advertised as having a "wide toe box": in fact they are visibly narrower than other brands and feel tight across my feet. No returns information was included - although the ad started "easy returns". When I emailed to explain that I wished to return the shoes as they were not as described, I was told "As you know" the shoes must be returned at my own expense - so much is stated in the Returns Policy on their website - but nowhere does it state that the return address is in China. The shoes are missold and the Stylishoe trading practice does not meet UK legal requirements. I recommend others to avoid them.

The quality of the sandals extremely poor, non leather or orthopaedic. No return address, do not buy anything from this company now or in the future, total scam. This company should be shut down and not allowed to advertise on Facebook, who I think should be also addressed for allowing this company to carry on selling this rubbish.

This company is in my opinion total garbage. I ordered a pair of genuine leather Italian driving shoes size 9 (43)
They sent 8 (42). Not leather, soles were deformed and stitching loose in parts. Their website claims easy return policy. Well that’s a laugh! It cost me £29.75 for original purchase including shipping selling address Wyoming USA.
To return the useless item they sent due to their incompetence is £20.17 return address China.
When I emailed them several times for some information their constant response was keep the size 8 (42) as a good will gesture well offer you 30% discount on your next order. So to conclude in my opinion this company are scammers who know full well their returns policy is not cost effective. Stay well clear of this company and ignore their bogus reviews.

I ordered a shoes from Stylishoe website, and I was really looking forward to receive. After a long waiting for the delivery, I received the wrong shoes. I sent a few emails to them to resolve the matter, but no one have reply to my email. Not even to give me an option what to do with the wrong shoes.

The goods are shipped from China and returns have to be tracked and so it costs a lot and is hardly worth it. The shoes were at lease 1.5 sizes small and the quality is poor - even for China. Responses from seller were fairly quick but absolutely no help. If I could have rated it zero stars I would have. Stay well away from this supplier.

Rubbish company. I order sandles thinking they must be comfortable, being orthopaedic but they were not orthopaedic Sandles and size not comfortable at all. Looked very cheap. So I tried to contact them to provide me their address so that I can Return them. But their customer service ignored all my emails. Never replied. Somehow i found their address in Uk and returned them through Royal mail. I got confirmation that it has been returned but they didn’t refund my money. Please I request you never order from this Rubbish company ever.

The shoes are advertised as orthopaedic but they are not.There is no arch support in them.The plastic material they are made from is very very thin,and therefore gives no support when worn.I could not walk in them due to this.When I complained I was informed that they needed to be returned to an address in China.Nowhere on their website in the returns section is this mentioned.I have currently lodged a complaint with Trading Standards as I believe they are contravening the trades description act.

Ordered ten days previously and given a very wide window for delivery which should have set off alarm bells. Received a notification that the item was due to be delivered on day ten. waited in all day and evening. And item not delivered. I suppose this was 'lost' in transit. I have asked for a full refund.

Quality and sizing awful. If I could rate zero I would. Any bad reviews on the Facebook page, they delete so all people see are the few good comments which arent many!!

Ordered a pair of brown hiking shoes and a pair of green ones arrived, I complained and was told that they were khaki brown ... they were green as advertised, I could return them for an exchange at my own expense ! ... I kept them. They turned out NOT to be waterproof, I complained - no response. So after 5 months of very light wear, the sole has come unstuck and parted company from the top. I have contacted customer services at Stylishoe, but no response whatsoever, I have tried to leave a comment on their site but the comment gets wiped off. Do not buy from this company.

do not buy from this company they have no UK base delivery takes at least four weeks . If the goods are too small or faulty they will not pay for returns or refund to return an item you have to pay postage yourself and the address is in China

Shoes received but too small took 17days to arrival when ordering didnt reliease these would be shipped from china as shipping charge was only £4.80 had emailed and got reply offering 10% discount on next order and return address detail to china (which doesnt look correct)
so many never get delivered if i do send back at my cost @ £25+ to return. wished checked trustpilot before ordering would of not placed my order. Please note this...
