This company is an absolute rip off . I bought a jacket , cost me £35 . It arrived and looked nothing like the picture. Cheaply made material , poor stitching and scabby fur . Contacted them and they say I need to ay postage , it’s costing me £24 to post it back . I’m absolutely fuming ! But will send it back . DO NOT BUY from this company. I bought it from the adverts the show on Facebook and instagram. Obviously the reviews on there a false

If I could put no stars I would... The product in real life compared with the advertised product are a million miles away, the product is so sub standard and I would advise you avoid this company at all costs. If you try and return you have to pay full shipping cost back to China and then there is NO guarantee you will get your money back.. Once again buy from here at your peril

I saw an ad for slip-ons, and stated water-resistant shoes, they are neither, and as others have said, impossible to return without spending more than the shoes cost in the first place. Avoid!

SCAMMERS.they don't send what they advertise.

I had bad experience

I was kept informed of the delivery of my waterproof walking shoes. They arrived within a reasonable time scale from China,
The downside was that they are OK, fairly comfortable, but definitelyNOT waterproof. They are wearing quite well, but I would not purchase from them again.

Shoes didnt arrive - tried emailing - six times - no response - no phone number

Long delivery time - about two weeks; sent the wrong size shoes; no reply to two enquiries about returning, despite boasting that they get back within two working days.
Avoid them at all costs. Dreadful service.

I ordered a Parka from them and what I received was a cheap nasty looking thing. I contacted them and they said I would have to return it not to their company address but to China at my own expense!!! AVOID this company

Beware, return address is in China so expensive to return items. Then there's no follow through so you just waste more money returning the poor quality item to them. PayPal buyers guarantee doesn't apply as goods are delivered. Keep your cash in your pocket

Bought their breathable trainers because they looked really good and comfortable. Ordered a size 48eu as I need a 13uk. Took about three weeks to arrive and as soon as I opened the package I could see that they were too small. I looked inside the shoe and saw that they were a 46Eu which is about an 11uk maybe even a small 12. Couldnt even get my foot inside them. Went online to see about returning them and wrote an email to customer service explaining that they had sent the wrong size and not the size I’d ordered. Found only a US Address to send them back to. The email said that the return would be at my cost, plus they needed to be sent to China and recorded delivery. I explained again that they had sent the wrong order and was told that their policy is clear and they would only return the cost of the shoe. After costing the return I would only receive a very small percentage of what I paid. Wasted the best part of £30 on this purchase. The customer service is shocking

Absolutely rubbish. Asked for UK size 12 and they sent me a size 9… cost more than the shoes to return. They don’t come back to you either. Stay away from them

Ordered what looked like a very nice pair of breathable walking shoes.
What arrived was cheap plastic material that is definitely not breathable.
Returns are at your cost to China
£20 or more

Have nothing to do with this company!!!!! The dress shown online was not the cheap awful dress I received! It said it was linen/cotton and it is awful cheap, nylon material that isn't even the right colour or design. There is no way of contacting them to return the item. I have e-mailed but obviously get no reply because they have my money!!!!!! I am however going to return it to the carriers address on the parcel, to be signed for!

Stay away from this company! I received a pair of sandals that did not fit me. After five attempts to contact the company and requests for a return address were ignored I gave up. Dreadful service!

Green dress much smaller than ordered size and cheap material.Tried to return it but you have to post it back to China even though company address is in Wyoming, USA! Don't buy from them.

This company should be closed down.

It has taught me to check reviews on all outlets now,
which is the only good thing about my experience.
Ordered a dress which wasn’t even theirs, got some cheap nylon thing instead. And of course no emails answered. Waste of time
