Speedy resolution
Took bad advice (from a magazine article) and put the bowl of the brush cleaner in the dishwasher. It was unrecognisable when it came out but Stylpro replaced it for me for a modest amount - and even popped in a hairband. Very happy customer.

I bought the Styl Pro Wavelength LED face mask from QVC’s TikTok shop in October. Last week some of the LEDs stopped working. I contacted QVC but they couldn’t help as it was past 30 days on TikTok Shop. Getting a refund has been incredibly difficult and they’ve been quite unhelpful. So I reached out to Styl Pro directly. They were incredibly helpful and sent me a new LED face mask for free. I’m so grateful because I love this mask and it’s been frustrating not being able to use it. Although I had issues with my initial delivery, the customer service was great which turned around the whole experience. Simeon provided fast, helpful responses and was able to resolve the issue efficiently without any trouble. Would definitely recommend - I can’t wait to finally try my new mask!

Unfortunately my mask stopped working correctly a short time after purchasing. I contacted the company and Simeon was very helpful in rectifying this. Once I had sent the required information a new mask was sent out very quickly.

My advice to not buy stylpro firmer because I lost my charger by moving new home so this is not available in ireland to buy charger online .... I will have to buy new one somewhere else
Great mask, great customer service
Love this mask – it’s very easy to use and comes highly recommended by healthcare professionals. I find it really relaxing to use in the evenings.
A few of the lights stopped working after a couple of months, but the Style Pro team were very understanding and quick to resolve the issue.
Overall, I’m very happy with the product and the service.
LED mask only worked a few months
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased the StylPro Wavelength Pro 5-in-1 mask at the end of November, and after very minimal use, it has already completely stopped working. It will no longer charge or turn on, making it entirely unusable just a few months after purchase.
Given the price, I expected far better quality and durability. A product like this should last significantly longer, especially with such light use.
To make matters worse, trying to resolve the issue has been frustrating. Phoning the customer care number just takes you through to an answerphone, with no real support available. This is incredibly disappointing, especially when dealing with a faulty product.
Overall, this has been a very poor experience both in terms of product quality and customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Terrible Company!
Not impressed with this Company at all. Appalling after sales service. My skin reacted to one of their products and they refused a refund, as I purchased it via Boots, and it was over their limit. However, Boots informed me it was the Company's responsibility!!! As a result, I failed to receive a refund. (I would rather have put zero stars but it would not allow me!)

I owned the original mask for about a year before some of the lights stopped working. I upgraded to the new 5/1 version, but it only lasted a single full charge before failing. I’ve contacted customer service since it’s less than a month old, and I’m hoping they’ll resolve it with a refund or replacement.
