The office service and communication is very good.
Sometimes lorries arrive early without notice and getting a response if we need a different spec box needs improving as most of the time don't get a call back.

Unbelievably rude response to quote request
I had the most breath-takingly rude, off-hand and unhelpful response from Styropack when I asked for a quote for beam and insulation block flooring. I had even sent them the beam layout, so preparing a quote for me would have been a doddle. They basically just said, look at our website and figure it out for yourself. We actually did look at the website, and although perhaps we could have pieced together the number of pieces of insulation panel we would have needed, there was no pricing therefore no way of working out a quote, and who would want to buy something from a company that treats prospective customers this way anyway?

Slow delivery even when you pay over £50.00 for carriage for 2 sleeves of poly boxes that price should be on a pallet and sent out sooner as coming on a lorry they get dirty and bashed around
