absolute scam! no replies to email. finally found a number to call and they said they would close my account after I told them I wasn't happy with the products and there was no warning they were going to charge me @$100 per month. sent me the wrong products in the first place in Dec2025.

Total scam. They tricked me by signing me up for a subscription I did not ask for. I only ordered ONE face cream and they added me to a $200 subscription plan without my consent. I am an avid developer who actually reads the fine print and verifies. There was none. They are legit scammers.

HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH MISLEADING FINE PRINT. They decide to send you a large order and charge you over a 3 month period. Its all in the fine print, BUYER BEWARE!!

Don’t order from this site. I could not log into an account - kept saying no account and yet I received product and emails. They would not answer emails - finally found a chat and had to demand cancellation over and over. The cost is also not as advertised. Do not order.

Perricone MD aka SP SUBD is a subscription scam, as sited by others. Cancelled subscription10/28/25. Just saw another charge for $90 subscription on 11/28. Can't get through to anyone. Product any good? Who knows and who cares. Dishonest.

This is an automatic subscription scam. As soon as I placed my initial order, I saw that doing so signs you up for the subscription. I immediately attempted to contact the customer service via phone and chat to cancel, and it’s a chatbot auto response that someone will get back to you. A month later they charged my card again and auto shipped, and I again tried to get in touch with customer service. There IS no customer service. The phone line is automated and says it can’t understand you, find your order or phone number, and never connects you to a real person. Now I’ve had to cancel my card and dispute it with my credit card company because I can’t get a response to even return what they sent me! I don’t know if this product works or not, but even if it does, it’s not worth doing business with this company. What a nightmare.

Total scam. They send you an introductory package and automatically sign you up for a subscription that is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I had to report them to PayPal to get anything done. Customer service is a joke.

This company advertises on Instagram to make it look like PerriconeMD products, offering a low-priced set of Perricone products. There is no mention of joining any membership or recurring shipment. I placed an order on 9/26. Today (10/30), my credit card was charged $112! I tried to chat online, but I got a message that says "Thank you for your patience! Our team will get back to you shortly." On their Account Management page, the "Click Here" options for changing or delaying a shipment don't work. I waited 10 minutes on hold at their customer service number, where a representative REPEATEDLY tried to ask me about my experience, advise me about the benefits of membership, and DID NOT WANT to cancel the fake membership. THIS IS A SCAM. Their website says they ship products every 90 days, but they shipped everything in 30 days.
