Rights Stoled & Money

To the Management of SubidaLibre,

We are issuing this formal notice on behalf of our represented artists: Sarah School Singuer, Kurai Hana, Muja Kina, and Anusette Butplag.

Our records and internal audits confirm a systematic pattern of fraud. Specifically, upon reaching the threshold for payout, SubidaLibre proceeded to unilaterally ban our artists’ accounts, seize their accumulated revenue, and continue to hold the copyrights to their musical works without legal basis.

These actions represent a direct violation of:

The Right of Termination (Statutory reclamation of rights).

The Music Modernization Act (MMA) (Transparency and payment obligations).

The ELVIS Act & NO FAKES Act (2026 protections against unauthorized digital exploitation).

Required Actions:
You have 38 hours to release all withheld funds and formally relinquish any claim to the intellectual property of our clients. Statutory damages for the willful withholding of royalties and copyright infringement can reach $150,000 per violation.

Furthermore, we demand a direct line of communication with Aurora Sáez. Given her direct involvement in these actions, we require her personal accountability regarding the damages caused to our artists' livelihoods and professional reputations.

If this matter is not resolved within the specified 38-hour window, we will proceed with the filing of a formal lawsuit and present all documented evidence of these fraudulent practices in a court of law.

We strongly advise you to settle this matter before further litigation costs are incurred.

Regards,

Legal Affairs Department
Distribution Musics.

Two stars is being generous, request money and your account will be GONE.

Hello fellow Trustpilot readers. I'm an independent artist and everything I needed was a free distributor. Subidalibre seemed to do the job, I mean, it was free, fast distribution... The major problem came when I tried to request a payout. Oh jesus christ, how I wish I never did:

The payout seemed to go just fine, they claimed that everything was processing until the day arrived. I received an email from "Aurora Saez" telling me I broke the copyright laws, their Terms of Service too, good lord never in my life have I broken the law! All my songs are completely self produced and it seems a bunch of people in Twitter (X) are having the same exact problem.

Please think it through before having an account in this absolutely disgusting service. May god be with you all.

SCAMMERS

I never thought I would find myself in a position this dire, but I feel it is my responsibility to warn others about what is happening at Subidalibre. My experience with them has gone beyond a simple business dispute; it has become a struggle for my own well-being.

As an independent artist, I rely on my royalties to survive—to pay my rent and, quite literally, to put food on my table. For weeks now, I have been struggling to even afford basic meals because my funds have been orquestratedly blocked. When I tried to resolve this through their support channels, I was met with total "gatekeeping" and cruelty.

Aurora Sáez was the one who personally oversaw the termination of my access. Instead of helping a creator in need, she banned my account right when I needed my payout the most and told me in no uncertain terms never to contact them again. They didn’t just take my music; they took the money I need to live.

It is heartbreaking and inhumane to treat a solo artist this way. I am currently facing significant personal hardship because they have seized my earnings without any valid justification.

Please, if you value your work and your livelihood, do not trust this platform. They are indifferent to the human cost of their actions.

Fraudulent Practices and Stolen Royalties

I am writing this to warn every independent artist to stay away from Subidalibre. Choosing this service was the biggest mistake of my music career.

If you are a solo artist without a major label or a legal team behind you, you are a target for them. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Everything seemed fine until my songs started generating revenue. The moment I attempted to withdraw my hard-earned money, they abruptly banned my account.

When I reached out for an explanation, I was met with cold hostility. Specifically, Aurora Sáez handled my case with zero professionalism, telling me never to contact them again. To make matters worse:

They have withheld all my royalties and refuse to pay what I am owed.

They have effectively stripped me of the rights to my own tracks.

There was no due process, no explanation, and no resolution offered.

This isn’t just bad service; it is a total scam and a calculated deception. They wait for independent creators to find success and then seize their assets. It is an absolute injustice.

Save your music, your money, and your sanity: Do NOT upload your songs here.

They keep your money and hold your music hostage. Completely heartless.

I’m writing this because I am completely desperate and people need to know how Subidalibre treats human beings. I will be completely honest and admit it right up front: in the past, I made a stupid mistake and uploaded some material with copyright issues. I own that mistake, I learned from it, and I understand why my account was flagged.

But what they are doing to me now goes way beyond a penalty—it’s destroying my livelihood. They didn't just suspend my account; they have completely locked all of my releases and are refusing to let me take my catalog to a different distributor. My music is essentially being held hostage.

Worst of all, they have frozen my pending balance and refuse to pay me a single cent. I am a real person behind this screen, and right now, I literally need that money to eat. I am struggling to buy groceries and survive, but Subidalibre doesn't care at all. Their copyright and anti-fraud team (Aurora) just sends cold, final emails stating that my balance is withheld according to their policies and telling me not to contact them again.

Yes, I messed up in the past, but keeping my funds when I am struggling to feed myself, while simultaneously blocking me from releasing my music elsewhere so I can rebuild, is incredibly cruel. If you want a distributor that treats you like a human being and doesn't trap your life's work, look somewhere else.

SCAM ALERT: They steal your royalties and hijack your music

Do not trust SubidaLibre. This is not a professional music distributor; it is a trap for independent artists. After I built up a balance in my account, they banned me without any prior notice, citing vague "TOS violations" that they refuse to explain or prove.

They have blocked my funds and are refusing to pay out the royalties I legally earned. But it gets worse: even though they claim to have "disabled" my catalog, they are effectively hijacking my metadata. I have tried to move my music to a new distributor, and it is being blocked because SubidaLibre hasn't properly released the rights/ISRC codes to the stores. They are essentially keeping my music hostage so I can't move on, while they sit on my money.

Their "support" (if you can even call it that) is just a wall of copy-pasted emails from Aurora Sáez. They do not care about artists; they only care about keeping your money. If you value your career and your hard-earned money, STAY AWAY. Go to a reputable distributor instead.
