Amazing customer support and a great platform all togethher. Love the way you are able to quickly generate subtitles and edit them all in the same place which saves me so much time.

Great service for getting subtitles on your short form content. I also appreciate their customer service - Stefan quickly solved 2 of my problems and offered me a trail of their top business plan. He was personable and made the whole experience great. Would recommend to anyone trying to quickly produce high quality content.

I was having an issue with editing and I coouldn't figure out what the issue was. Stefan and Mohammed worked over and over again trying to help with with the issue. Finally, being resolved! I really love submagic! It's the easiest to use, edit, and best library of B rolls.

Great tool that frees me a lot of time.

I would like to have more customization tool though, one of this would be the ability to replace a video and redo a sync, because right now I need to re-edit all the subtitles of the video whenever a change is made.

I signed up because it said ‘Try for free,’ but it's just a marketing trick. You can’t export any video without a huge watermark, which can only be removed with a paid subscription.
Deleting the account is impossible. I tried contacting chat support, but only the bot replies and nothing gets resolved. They also keep sending me promotional emails, which is really annoying. It makes no sense that after signing up there’s no option to delete my account.

Update: After sending some frustrated messages to chat support, they finally deleted my account. No more promotional emails either.

I’ve been using Submagic on the Pro Plan since May 2025 and recently had an issue with my video quota. The support team (special thanks to Stefan) responded very quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the problem right away by adding the missing credits. I really appreciate the fast, friendly, and professional support. The platform itself is super useful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great customer support!

Pretty good experience till now, but would appreciate if they fix the bugs a bit quick and add imp features like delete fonts button and position of fonts on x axis, Export in alpha channel, turn off auto highlight and turn on. Overall i would recommend using this
