perfume sample unusable
I ordered a perfume sample but the pump doesn’t work. I was told to remove the pump because air may be trapped. I have tried but it is impossible to separate it, as a result I have a very expensive edt sample I cannot use. Hence the 3 stars

Ordered from them and it wasn’t delivered. They didn’t even bother to follow up with Royal Mail and said because there are fraudulent claims, they have to do their due diligence. But due diligence doesn’t mean poor customer service. I have never had such poor customer experience before, they’re still refusing to do the claims form with Royal Mail that business owners are meant to complete
