Enquired about their service

Enquired about their service, spoke once to a lady about my request, provided info, and told that an engineer would visit.
No further response from them for a couple of weeks, then I got emailed and told the enquiry was closed.
When I replied, it was no loss, got a reply from the manager that I was a bad man or something insulting like that. If this is how they work, I think I had a near miss. Stay away, do not use, you will be waiting an age
