SubSplash is the WINNER - It's just so well integrated

It's just so well integrated! Coordinating a App with the Website and keeping content and information consistent and updated has always been difficult. Add in events, live streaming, email and text connections with our congregation and BAM - SubSplash is the winner! And, for the nerdy Pastor who loves "fill in the blanks" notes for Sunday Sermons - It is so much fun to create an engaging experience with the message.

A small country church & Subsplash

We are a small country church that only had a presence on a social media site 5-6 years ago. Subsplash helped us go further with a website, app and online giving. We added their Livestream service last year and it has been a blessing! They are very helpful whenever I reach out with questions. We still have a few things to do on our end but I will end with this, Subsplash has been an excellent partner in Gospel Ministry.

BBVI & Subsplash

Our experience with Subsplash has been overwhelmingly positive. We began using their services at the start of 2025, and from day one, their team has been supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.

One of the biggest strengths of Subsplash is its all-in-one ecosystem. As a small nonprofit, we previously needed multiple providers for things like website management, email and text communication, financial processing, tax documentation, and content creation such as newsletters and flyers. Subsplash streamlined all of that into one platform, which has been both efficient and cost-effective.

Budget matters for us, and their initial startup rate was extremely helpful in getting us off the ground. Now in our second year, even at standard pricing, they have continued to work with us by offering additional discounts to keep things sustainable. For the breadth of services provided, the value is absolutely there.

We also appreciate the ability to host our podcast and operate within their platform, as well as the option to launch our own app. During our first year, we ran into some challenges setting up our app developer account, but their team was patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through the process step by step. That level of support made a significant difference and built trust, especially since we operate both in the United States and internationally and rely on secure, dependable financial handling.

The staff has consistently been friendly, professional, and understanding. They don’t just provide a service—they partner with you.

If there’s one area for consideration, it would be for smaller organizations to carefully evaluate which features they truly need, as the platform is robust and may offer more than necessary depending on budget and scope. However, for medium to large organizations, the value is clear and substantial.

Overall, Subsplash has been a strong partner in our growth, and we look forward to continuing to expand our reach using their platform. We highly recommend their services.

It’s been a game changer for New Covenant Church Tyler

What an amazing transition this has been. We are an average sized church in Texas and have loved everything subsplash has offered, I have been approached multiple times about how our website and app uses even from other Subsplash churches.
Talking with their teams multiple times has been a dream quick and decisive actions are always great.

Things I would suggest - don’t be like everyone who says the old system works better. (It does because you’re used to it.)

You’re only limited by your creativity. Give yourself time to play with it and learn be patient.

The only thing I didn’t care for is their volunteer management. But I did my research as was prepared for that.

Give constructive feedback back. Don’t just say I hate it give specific examples and they will work to fix it.

Hope this helps

Four years later

Our church in Kailua, Hawaii, on the island of Oahu, has been using this service for the past 4 years. Previously, we were using multiple services to meet our needs for a website, church app, livestream platform, online giving, and church communication, until we found Subsplash. They are an all-in-one service that meets the needs of most churches. We were so thrilled to finally find a platform that services most of the areas that we needed, while saving us over $2000 annually.

After using Subsplash for the past 4 years and saving thousands of dollars, it can be challenging to find other platforms that meet all the needs we've listed above. There is, however, much room for improvement, as at times it can feel as if certain requests are brushed aside. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Subsplash to any church, from small to medium, and possibly to a church with over 500.

Things to know about coming to Subsplash

We are a smaller church and came to subsplash from another entity. We wanted help with our web site, an app presence and online giving.
-the first blush was sales did not clearly express the on boarding process requiring my watching video tutorials and the amount of time and energy that would be needed to complete the on boarding process. Once that was completed however, it has been easy to maintain.
-on going education is excellent. Availability of articles through the dashboard is wonderful, and the chat or support appointment ability is superb. I feel well supported.
-Subsplash giving seems very easy for the church-and actually has become a preferred way of giving for over 50% of our people.
-I have yet to use "forms", and I have not transferred our contacts fully for any group communication. Perhaps later in time. We are in year 2.

I love that our church can integrate…

I love that our church can integrate our app, website, events calendar, event registration, giving platform, and media library across one platform. I have worked with several website builders, and SnapPages (the builder Subsplash uses) is my favorite so far. Everything looks attractive and professional and all aspects are easy to use. Highly recommend!
