Sry, but I can't give more than 2 stars...
I can not give more than two stars as I did not get the item I really wanted (or use), they kept the money and that it was delivered late without possibility to track the package.
In their defense, I can say that I ordered the wrong item, as the text under item was slightly misleading. Something they acknowledged and will change. (Which is a good thing)
But since it would cost more to send it back to Germany than I had paid for it, it was not a choice.
The communication with Subtel was very good. They set out to find out why my product did not fit where it should. A good job.
However, they ended up keeping the money and I kept an item I could not use.

Do not use subtel!
More than one month delivery time went by with several lies about trying to deliver.
Then refund with no explanation and when asked, they could not find out why the delivery did not get thru.
Probobly a con company, do not order, just a waste of time.

Since you do not want to share neither your name nor an order number, we can not be sure that you are a real customer but here it goes since we have a feeling.
As written in emails to you, TNT and FedEx merged at the beginning of April which lead to several losses and delays in our delivery chain. Sadly they could not tell us when to deliver your parcel and since you gave us a time limit that we could not be sure to keep, we refunded you - as stated in an email we also sent to you.
