The product is excelent
The product is excelent, absolutly recommenable.
But when buy from CE there are expenses as duane fee, VAT and management expeditions not included in the courier price and not alerted in the web. In my case about 100$ more.

Fast shipping, nice product. The underwater acrobatics are not so good as with the reefsurfer but handling and underwater gliding is much smoother.

Incredibly and unlike any other purchase you might make from China's businesses, the product arrived in a few days, overpowering
The use is a bit complex .... It takes time to get used to it.
I would recommend allowing faster 2-piece disassembly to allow more minimal storage space in the boat

I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the costs of the spare parts you ordered. I totally agree that the costs are way to high when you add the cost of shipping and taxes. Unfortunately we only control the product prices. The rest of the costs are by the delivery courier and your country's government.
Send us an email and we might be able to refund some of the product costs in order to bring the total amount down to a acceptable level.
