Inaccurate website
Placed an order on the website for a particular book. Order was confirmed but never received. On messaging them was told that they think the book is unavailable. Said they will check and get back. Never got back. Didn't respond to message after. No response.

Unprofessional and terrible service
My order was canceled because they didn’t have the book that was listed on their website, i am so glad i didn’t pre pay because the manager took 3 days to answer a simple question, i had to call total of 5 times for a simple question of when will my order be dispatched only to be told that the book was never available.

Impressed by Sudarshan Book Distributors!…
Anurag from "Sudarshan Books" had called me to confirm my purchase of the book. I had ordered the book from a "guest account" on their website, and I was under the impression that the order was not "confirmed" by the website. But to my surprise, their team member - Anurag, called me to inform the book would be delivered within 10 days on COD. He went to great lengths to reassure me, and even sent across bill of purchase within 5 minutes on WhatsApp, and also sent across the dispatch details later. I would say, overall a good experience buying the book from "Sudarshan Books," would return to make another purchase.
