As per other reviews I received goods that were sub standard. I communicated to the 'company' that I wished to return the goods. I followed the process they set out, completing a form they sent, sent proof of postage etc. The parcel was received in China and I had communication to say customs charges had been paid however yesterday some 5 months after I had sent the goods back I had them returned to me! Absolute scammers

Exactly the same experience as everyone else - I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering a swimsuit which was poor quality and ill-fitting. After suggesting I ordered another at a different size for a discount, I was finally promised a refund if I'd send it back to China, which I did. Unsurprisingly I haven't received anything after 4 months, and now the email address can't be found. Avoid at all costs. It's a total scam. It shouldn't even be allowed to advertise in the UK, purporting to be London-based, which is a total lie.

I agree with every other 1* review for Sueandrose on Trustpilot.
‘Mary’ in customer services is no longer responding to emails about the returns process.

I thought the company was London based so ordered 2 bikinis. One was ok but the other didn't fit well so I asked to return it. Of course you have to return it to China and they go through all the motions of offering you a partial refund to keep it even though you don't want to. Eventually I accepted the offer of the partial refund and was told it had been processed, but I've never received it. They are now ignoring my emails. I don't know why they bothered replying at all if they didn't intend to issue a refund. I wish I hadn't bought from them and want to stop others falling for their cheap goods that are shipped from China even though everything on the website says it's London based.

I order 2 swimsuits thinking I was ordering from a London based company. 2 weeks after ordering they finally arrived & were ill fitting & rubbish fabric. Made contact to ask for a returns note. After 4 emails where they kept trying to get me to keep the items at a reduced price, I finally sent them back costing £28!! I have tracked the parcel which seems to still be sitting in customs. They now won't respond to any emails. I too wish I had read reviews on here prior to ordering but wanted to review to ensure no-one else wastes money with them!

Do not use this site! Wrong item sent, expected me to pay to return it! Had to chase them to reply to numerous emails. Still awaiting my refund! I’ll probably never get it!

I wish I had the read the reviews before I ordered. The costumes are badly made and a really weird shape. When I contacted them to return they advised they were sustainable and I had to return to China. Ridiculous. I then agreed to a partial refund which they keep telling me they have paid but I have never received it. I therefore am left with two expensive costumes I can't wear

Do not use this company, swimwear not of a good standard, if you need to return anything to them it’s virtually impossible, returns have to go back to China which is not made clear when you order, tracking to China cost me£16.00, have sent lots of emails to them still no refund, when I check tracking the item is still at customs , terrible company beware do not use

Sue and Rose is a scam company. Avoid it. You will get an inferior product with absolutely no chance of getting a refund. It's clearly AI based. I am embarrassed that I fell for this and warn others to steer clear. Facebook must get rid of it.

Your orders come from China, this is a scam site, not what it seems. The quality of the swimsuit I ordered was poor. It took ages to arrive. If you want to return items, as I did as it was too small. You have to pay to send stuff back to China. They keep emailing offering to give you a replacement for more money, or to try and get you to keep the item and get a small refund. I insisting on sending mine back for a full refund and I've still not got it.

Avoid. Complete scam, badly made Chinese product no refunds as have to send back to China at own expense

Classic case of caveat emptor. Terrible company. Complete sham. 
NOT based in the UK as per adverts and clever marketing by two 'beige' older women. 
Item that came was a swimming costume that would have made Primark look luxurious. Ghastly fabric and badly made.
Endless emails with someone called Mary (ha ha ha) ended in a stalemate, as well outside UK trading standards rules. 
All returns cost a fortune, as will only 'accept' a Chinese warehouse for processing - so ridiculous expense for purchaser despite UK website address. 
Absolutely my own fault for parting with my cash and not ploughing through the small print first but why does FB allow this to continue despite endless complaints. I won't be stung again by online rubbish from an unknown vendor; I just doesn't want others to fall down the same hole that I did. 
Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Wish I had come to Trust Pilot to read reviews before purchasing. My 3 piece bikini set is of such a poor quality fabric, flimsy and terrible fit. Nothing like shown in the photograph. I haven't bothered to try to return it to China but sent it to the charity shop

As the other reviewers have said, this is not a good company. Delivery times are long, products ill fitting and returns nigh on impossible There is no Sue or Rose just a bunch of charlatans. Best avoided

I ordered 3 bikinis and they took 3 weeks to arrive. Poorly made, awful fit-came from China/waste of money.
Website seems to be unstable now, cannot access.

Despite all the pictures and narrative being of a quintessentially English company and two middle aged ladies who are about to retire, this is actually one of those rubbish Chinese companies. Quality was awful and trying to send something back nigh on impossible. Found another company online with exactly the same narrative about the owners retiring and selling their stock so it's obviously all lies to get people to buy from them who wouldn't normally buy from China. Complete scam!

Don’t deal with this company! Rubbish quality and terrible fit made in China. When you try to return they offered me 25% to keep it. Postage to return it £19!!!
Luckily my bank issued a refund. What a scam.

Ordered two swimming costumes, expecting them to come from good quality London company. Instead they eventually arrived from China 18 days later. Were poor fit and quality but unable to return as website no longer active.
Despite doing usual online checks I was caught by them. It’s a scam.
