The company refused to give a refund after not shipping the item for weeks. Once contacted they kept sending an automated reply stating "the sale is the best price, please reconsider". Refund process is now started through paypal.
The company lies, their item is not shipped, avoid like the black plague.
At first sight this webshop appears fine and high quality, they claim to be German, it is well written and they even have a fake German impressum.
However, once you place your order, the order confirmation is in (rather bad) English and it turns out that the company is actually in China. The only way of contact is via e-Mail.
Upon my immediate request to cancel the order and refund my payment via PayPal an extensive dialogue via e-mail follows. First, they want to know why the order was cancelled. I again request to cancel my order, to not send any products and refund the payment. Next, they tell me that the items are really good and prices will soon go up. Would I like to reconsider? No, I again insist that the order is cancelled, no items are to be shipped and request the immediate refund of my payment. Next, they tell me that the status of my order has been marked as "priority" and they will express ship. Will I reconsider now? Again I insist that the order is cancelled, no Items are to be shipped and demand immediate refund of my payment to my PayPal. Their reply?

The same message I had already received previously.
So apparently they have a few standard replies that they send out at random.
Since I promised to review their webshop and policy on Trust Pilot, here it is. I will keep you posted on how things develop in the comments of my review. But for now my clear recommendation is: DO NOT ORDER!!!
