The knobs are substantial. Really weighty and well made. We ordered the larger beehives for window shutters and the smaller for a cabinet and we’re very pleased with both. My husband said, very professional that two screw lengths are packaged as standard for each knob. The service from the Suffolk Latch company was smooth and efficient. Great customer service, my queries were quickly answered and the ringed brass knobs I ordered arrived promptly. After seeking advice and viewing the recommended video they were very easy to fit and look great. They are a good weight and are extremely nice to use. My only slight quibble is that one end of the mortice bar was inexplicably slightly rusty but I don't think is problem and I sprayed them and the old mortice lock with WD40 before fitting - Ringed Door Knobs. I have been offered a replacement bar by the company also

Bought some knobs and handles to update kitchen cabinets and am delighted with them, we’ve bought from them before for all our internal door latches and handles so knew the quality was good, would highly recommend them, delivery has always been good too

This beautiful handle has a good weight to it and feels premium to the touch. The satin brass finish looks just gorgeous. They managed to dispatch my order early and the delivery was swift and well packaged.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. I searched for the perfect handles and hinges for our barn conversion and tried out several much more expensive (and dare I say, inferior) products before realising that Suffolk Latch are not only the best quality, but at a sensible price. Delivery is almost instantaneous and when our apprentice joiner managed to lose some of the screws, replacements were sent without question, no fuss and a giggle from Kate. Just brilliant.
