Really great experience. Shopping online was easy and there was plenty of information on the products to help me choose. The hinges and latches were dispatched really quickly and were just as described. We haven't fitted them yet because we're waiting for the joiner to finish making the new doors, but the joiner was very impressed with the quality.

I ordered pairs of handles with through-spindles, thinking I could split them and use them as 4 static singles. Once I realised I couldn't, I rang the Suffolk Latch Company and spoke with Kate...she was great, quickly grasping my problem (despite my clumsy explanation) and simply explaining what I needed to do, what to order and what to send back. Excellent service and really fast too. Highly recommend this company, and the products are beautiful too (Beehive handles)

These are the most high quality hinges and latches out there. I sued them on my front and back gates and they look so high end and will last forever I expect. Customer service also excellent.

Great quality, perfect size for our shelves, solid brackets that look lovely. Arrived in good time, well packaged, bought from this company before & would buy again from them.

I ordered quite a few of the Beehive knobs and I was not disappointed. Beautifully made and look stunning. I need another ten but as they are a bit pricey I will probably look elsewhere. This is not to say they aren’t worth the money but they are a little expensive for me. Came on time too.

Speedy delivery and a good strong product,very impressed.

I bought a number of items from Suffolk Latch in 2018-19 after moving to a 17 century oak framed house in Herefordshire. Recently a long penny end hinge jammed, and the pin inside had broken, so we could not close an oak door. I contacted Suffolk Latch yesterday who agreed to replace the pair free of charge. They arrived this morning, beautiful wrapped up in heavy duty blue plastic. All ready for my joiner to fit later this week.
Now that is what I call true five star service!

Beehive Door Knobs- Very nice, quality plain to see
Excellent, very nice quality, look great, fit to old doors yet to be sanded and painted so no photos yet, but really do make a difference and will look fabulous once finished. Arrived extremely quickly, well packaged, good value so very pleased, we ordered just 2 to make sure happy with and ok, and then immediately ordered the rest.

Beehive escutcheons - great quality for the price - they look totally at home with our antique door knobs etc. even our experienced conservation carpenter commented on the quality and asked for the details of the supplier.

Great overall shopping experance. deliver the nexed day, the knobs looked great when fitted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
