I purchased the puppy bank which I found adorable for my grandson. 20 minutes out of the box and it totally fell apart. Looking to see if there is any chance of a replacement. He loved it when it worked. I am contacting your company by email.

I have actually had really positive experience with the customer service. They answered right way even on Sunday or Saturday and they were sweet and helpful.

I bought two of the BodyLine figurines for artists (one male and one female) and the male one broke after a few weeks of sitting on my shelf (the swivel point in the body midsection came loose, without doing anything!). The plastic is quite thin and flimsy.

Furthermore, their constant “flash sales” are FAKE. I waited for the time to run out on one and opened the page on another device and boom, the number remaining and timer were reset. SCAM.

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my orders. I received an email on November 23rd stating your order is on the way, it is January 2nd and I just received them. Now realizing their products are coming from overseas (China). I saw similar products and of much better quality at a store in Maryland, if I only knew

While they may offer some interesting items, be aware that they are extremely slow in processing your order. I place an order on 11/25. They hit my card for the amount, then took a week to process. It is now Dec 31 and the tracking link still shows processing through Bejing since Dec 14. They do respond to emails, but they always have the same story, 3-5 weeks of shipping time. Shipping time begins when they finally process the order, way too long to wait.
This is why there are no reviews on their website.

I wish there was a zero star! 1 star is giving Sugar and Cotton too much credit (if there is even a company out there!) Paid for 2 banks over a month ago. I understand slow overseas shipping, but they haven't even shipped it according to the tracking number. I bet if we all compared tracking numbers they'd all be the same one, and no company behind it. Just a facebook advertisement that takes your credit card info and you're out the money. When I see them on facebook now, I'm flagging them. Dishonest people.

I purchased the " If you can read this , bring me a glass of wine " socks . Socks are thinner than what they appear and not thick at all! Not worth the money!! Not to mention it takes forever to receive your purchase, and yes they do tell you it takes an eternity but still... Not happy never will shop with sugar and cotton again due to slow shipping.

Never buying from these guys again. Wish I had read the other reviews. I bought something for my wife for Christmas, and purchased it on November 29th. Plenty of time to arrive for Christmas, right? Now it's December 22, and my package is still "preparing for shipment" from Beijing, with no movement anywhere in sight.

Don't purchase from Sugar & Cotton.

They asked I update my review. I still have not received the product. The shipping is ridiculous. Yes, buyer beware, but most of their products can be found via Amazon for much faster shipping and much cheaper. I made the mistake of purchasing socks for $17 that could have been purchased for half that and shipped with two day shipping.

Still never shopping from here again. You shouldn’t either.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered through Sugar and Cotton. My 1st item was lost in the post so they sent a replacement order which arrived within 3 weeks. So I ordered through them again...well stupid me! I placed my initial order in May (Christmas presents ordered early in case of delays as with previous order). It is now December and they have stopped replying to my emails. Surprise surprise the order never arrived, so a replacement order was sent. This has still not arrived. I was asked to wait a bit longer as unforeseen circumstances could delay post. I was finally offered another replacement order or a voucher which I declined. Finally I was offered a refund but when I agreed to it was told I wasn’t eligible as PayPal won’t pay it after 6 months. Grrr. After receiving an email saying they will sort out he PayPal refund I have not heard anything since and my emails are left unreplied to. Shame on you Sugar and Cotton.

Why is this company still on instagram and facebook I have to wonder??? Paying for ads with our stolen money??? I only ordered socks thank god! 5 weeks and still no socks (Canada). I will be filing a claim with Paypal. And don’t bother with your “we have 1,000 happy customers” BS. Funny how none of them are ranting with rave reviews on here. As so many state, my fault for not checking first.

5 stars because people are actually so stupid to buy from this scam. You don't have to look up their reputation to see that.

Like so many other reviewers, the items that I have received after weeks and weeks of waiting, are poor quality knock-offs from China. One of the items, in particular is advertised as "radnails", and this is not even the name on the box I received, cheap imitation advertised falsely. The cat dress is definitely a cheap imitation, and meant to fit a child, not an adult. I had to look elsewhere for the same thing and the difference in size "M" as they are both marked, is quite drastic. Lesson learned,luckily I didn't spend that much.

I finally received the last of my items that I had ordered, the day after Christmas...

As for giving them another try in the future...NOT a chance!!

Sugar and Cotton just marks up stuff that you can get yourself from the China sellers for a fraction of the price on eBay etc. They order $2 socks and charge you $16. This is why there are so many shipping and shoddy materials complaints, they are ordering it straight from China and as proof just check the shipping packet.

Extremely disappointed that I spent money on their “asymmetrical hoodie.” I waited weeks for it to ship directly from China. The material is such low quality, like costume polyester. The cut is awful and not at all like the picture in the ad. Never again!

This website is a joke. It says so many products left when really, you’re just persuading us into buying your garbage. Not only that, but the “marked down prices” are just another attempt for us to buy your crap. What a flop of a business, an absolute shame. All these apologies and responses to our shame and anger don’t do jack shi-, just trying to cover your asses and make your buisness look good. You don’t give a darn about your customers, probably some Chinese scam or crap. By the sounds of it, alot of your products are not as shown, faulty and not correctly made.I was going to buy one of those “drawing dolls” that supposedly had only “7 left” and were down from 119 bucks or whatever, but after reading into other reviews and customers who purchased it, I think I might go elsewhere. Also I noticed when you refresh the page or make a new tab, the stock resets. scammers. I’ll be interested to see what you have to say to this review. Another “cover up” I’d say.

Paid $40 for a ring and some earrings, didn’t receive for a few months, emailed Sugar & Cotton who told me to look toward USPS for assistance. USPS told me to speak to Sugar and Cotton instead for information. Long story short, I never received anything I bought from those a**holes. DONT buy from Sugar and cotton, they are a scam.

Honestly, I wish I could give a lower ccore, This company is a Complete scam.

After 9 months and 4 "attempts" to Deliver my silverware, they are yet again "Delayed" and the Tracker hasn't Updated since they were "Sent" always get the Same automated or Templated response to any Emails with such Gems as "But rest assured that your item has been shipped and should be delivered to you soon."

NEVER buy from them.

These guys are frauds...do not buy from them!
As with everyone I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing. I bought 2 sets of cutlery 2 months ago and no sign of them and the tracking number they emailed doesn't work.

They should be banned from trading

I entered my credit card info along with my phone number to purchase something for my mother, and then was sent a text saying that my card was warm carded for a weird purchase. The bank doesn't have my phone number, it was the website texting me, and then on their website it says that my card was declined. I'm pretty certain that the website Sugar and Cotton is attempting to steal credit card numbers, they deserve to be shut down and arrested for lying, cheating, and stealing from good people for years.

Items never delivered - too late for refund!

Ordered cutlery sets over 6 months ago, tracking numbers never worked but apparently item can take up to 12 weeks to arrive. Emailed customer services who now say no refund can be issued as over 6 months and they can only issue store credit.

They didn't even attempt to explain whether the item had attempted to be delivered, been returned to them etc.

Never tried to make contact.

Clearly a scam and advise to avoid at all costs. Will contact credit card company for a refund.

It is so upsetting that crooks and criminals like this exist.
