Unfortunately this has to be a negative review.
I ordered from this company a few months ago and now suddenly I have a recurring order and my bank acct has been charged twice within 3 days. I contacted customer service and they refused to remove me from the recurring subscription until I’ve received 3 orders. They will allow me to return one of the orders that was charged to my bank acct and emailed me a return label, but they couldn’t do anything else to get me off the list. I believe they had the recurring order box clicked in advance but I didn’t click it. This entire episode feels predatory. I called and sent 6 emails to customer service with no resolution. I’m told they can’t take me off the recurring list. My friends and I will no longer be ordering from this company because they accept no responsibility and do nothing to satisfy the customer.
