Would not recommend I made one single purchase because it would be my first time trying this product, however I was signed up for a subscription that I have been trying to cancel for the past 3 months reached out several times by calling and emailing still no response even when I try to cancel on the website I’m always prompted to page saying unable to cancel every time!

I find their business practices questionable when it comes to cancellations. I have tried multiple times to have my account cancelled. If you do not see and 'unclick' a button for your first order, you are forced to order three times. Even after my third order, I can't cancel. I am going to report to the BBB.

I really love their glow wash and charcoal wash. It makes my skin glow. My Son and I love their products. Unfortunately the pumps stop working. I did make a comment on their Facebook page about the pumps not working. I got contacted immediately and I got a swift resolution! The biggest reason why I'll continue supporting this company is due to their excellent Customer service! But their products are A1!

I emailed them in October about cancelling the subscription, no response. I even sent emails to BOTH emails they provide and one didn't even work! Now they charged me $60 something dollars for a product I don't need and they simply REFUSE to respond! I like the products but now I can't continue to support this, they basically stole my money. They can send me emails about everything but cancelling and refunds!

I bought some face wash from sugarbabycare because the website i wanted to buy it from ran out of stock. I assumed their face wash would be similar and I bought it. I got a subscription and decided to cancel because I changed my mind. THEY HAVE TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I thought my subscription was canceled and it was but they still charged me anyway and sent soap I didn't even want!! NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY I COULDN'T REACH ANYONE!! Never buying from this company again, don't get a subscription it's a trap! Now I have to replace my card. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! 😡

No email and phone responses in over a week with multiple reach outs. Can't cancel subscription online as they say as it keeps giving an error. Nothing I can do but report this company as fraud to prevent from keep getting charged

I received notification of a subscription that I did not authorize! No one answers the phone or responds to emails. THIS IS FRAUD!!!!!

I purchased two items a month later I was charged again although I didn’t buy a subscription. Order confirmation said I could cancel via a link with was not true. Stay away from this company. DO NOT BUY!

I liked the product fine until I started receiving way faster the could use it. Tried to cancel whatever subscription I accidentally signed up for and they won’t let you manage or cancel subscription. I got response from live chat I can’t cancel until 3 orders are fulfilled. Can’t skip an order or nothing. Tried email and said couldn’t find address multiple times. So don’t get into this mess.

I was automatically enrolled in a subscription. Evey month I try to call (no answer or call vack and you can't leave a message) AND email a cancellation. I have attempted to "Manage Subscription" online to no avail. I have resorted to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing charges with my bank. BE VERY CAREFUL ordering from this company. It may turn into a lifetime financial commitment.

I have used the products from Sugar Baby Care for a while with no issues. Recently, in September I made a one time purchase as I always do because of a sale. Well this time they signed me up for a subscription without consent and charged my card. When I tried to cancel or skip orders for the future that option did not work and they continued to send products. This issue continued for two straight months.

I’ve emailed, called and sent Instagram comments to no avail. I even filed a complaint with BBB. This company is clearly committing fraud. They are illegally forcing customers into subscriptions, they do not allow an option to cancel easily, and the skipping option does not work. I finally had to change my credit card to another card that is difficult charge. And to top it off the company continues to try and charge the card every three days. SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

I like the product and customer service responded promptly when I had an issue with the pump.

Wish I saw these negative reviews before I bought their products. I got the glow wash, 2 pack. I have been getting automatic subscriptions every month. I did not subscribe for monthly deliveries, I’m sure of it. Every attempt to cancel the subscription has not worked. Customer care responded once and told me I could cancel after the third subscription , but it’s all lies. I still can’t cancel.

Buyers beware. Guess I’ll just have to get a new credit card.

This company's management of subscription cancellation has not been working for several months. I have attempted to cancel my subscription on several occasions, I telephoned and left a message, and sent emails. They have not responded, and their policy is no returns or refunds. Buyer beware.

Sugar baby is a SCAM. They put me on a month reoccurring membership that I didn’t authorize. They charged my card Saturday 10/25/25 for $33 and some change and again 10/27/25 for $36 and some change. When I realized my card was charged I emailed them. I haven’t heard anything back from them. I also tried to cancel the subscription/membership and the site wouldn’t allow me. Also when I dug deeper the card they charged I no longer have. So how were they able to take money from a debit card that I no longer have? And my card was locked, I want my money back. I don’t even like the product that’s why I didn’t continue to purchase. SCAMMMERS DONT LINK YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS TO THIS WEBSITE

Every experience I have had has been amazing! The wash is absolutely amazing!

Bro I’m telling you This shit is wild crazy!!! I didn’t see all these bad reviews until I start to do my research on them and dig deeper into this. I remember only put in my order for one time and then out of no F where there’s an another payment taking out of my bank without my authorization or approval. F around and find out this is a subscription cycle. I reached out to their customer service support for 3 times and yet there’s no response back from them! I’m start to get irritated with them because I told them to cancel my subscription and order I didn’t placed but they still trying to ship it out anyway ! I Call them too but on one answer they just sent me straight to call back list! Thinking the only way I can get rid of my bank information is to order me a new card and lock it or dispute the charge!

It's rare I write a review. But THIS COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD. It's ridiculous how many other similar complaints for this company exists to still be operating with these deceptive tactics committing fraud on us the consumers. My 1st order was fine. Then my 2nd order, the entire formula changed and they put me on some subscription that I DID NOT CONSENT to. I don't sign up for subscriptions and when I email them, they state that they can't cancel my subscription. This is after numerous attempts messaging them both by email, website chat and Instagram DM. They are very difficult to contact plus when you go to cancel the subscription that THEY place me on their website; it gives you an error message. Attempted numerous times to cancel on their website but not able to do so. I started looking further into this company and I am not the only one that has experienced very similar situation. They also will delete comments on their IG page because my comments are no longer there and I noticed other comments I had seen prior with complaints were no longer there as well. People keep putting comments by they get removed. It's a shame for a small business to behave in this manner with customers that are willing to support their small business. That unprofessionalism with handling their customers is very appalling. Other comments mentioned to report to BBB and to Shopify so they can address this issue. Consumers should not be tricked into a 3 month subscription without their knowledge and should have the ability to get removed off of it since they never signed up for it in the 1st place. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone for bad customer service and their products have changed from their original formula with better ingredients. The formula now is like store bought with bunch of chemicals harsh on the skin.
