I was looking for something a bit different for my partner who loves American sweets and I came across Sugar Box online. The first thing I noticed was how reasonable their prices are, and was literally like a kid in a candy shop scrolling through their large selection of different sweets and flavours! My order was delivered quickly, and the customer service was great. I will definitely buy from Sugar Box again:)

First time I’ve ordered from Sugar Box and I will be definitely ordering again. I was a bit worried as I ordered last minute for my sons birthday and thought it would be delivered a day or two later. It does warn you despatch can take 48 hours and delivery 48 hours ( my chosen delivery service), however, my order took just 48 hours from start to finish. Thank you Sugar box 👍🏻

Dealing with sugarbox was really easy, I placed my order and received all the delivery info immediately, the product landed in 2 days and the bairn is over the moon, thank you sugar box

I placed an order with them and was worried when I hadn't heard from them, so contacted their customer service. Tom was very helpful and explained that they had reached out to me (have since found that email in my spam, oops!) to let me know that something I'd ordered was no longer available, he gave me loads of options for how to proceed, e.g. replacements, refunds, etc. Once that was sorted, it was shipped within 24 hours and I got it really quickly.
