Declining product and service

We’ve been a customer for around 10 years. Early on, the product was flexible and well suited to a small business, and we were generally satisfied.

Over time, both the product and service have declined. Account management is now minimal, and support has not scaled with our needs as we’ve grown. We were given information during discussions that later proved to be inaccurate and influenced contract decisions. While this was acknowledged, the outcome relied on contract terms rather than a practical resolution, which was disappointing.

Given the range of alternatives available today, it’s difficult to see why a business starting now would choose Sugar over other options in the market.

Easy to use and Scalable Platform

I’ve been using SugarCRM since it was an open-source project. It is great CRM platform and quite user-friendly as well. The learning curve of SugarCRM is comparatively less steep as compared to other CRMs.

nicknamed mosasses so slow!! I don't get why someone would not just make thier own php app... SugarCRM is a scam. Don't buy it!

I highly DO NOT recommend!

The software is horrible. Buggy, complicated and far from user-intuitive. If you need to export your data for any reason, forget it. My 30+ year developer said its a nightmare. Worse than all that, the customer service is terrible! They will turn off your Company account the day your bill is due regardless of whether they sent the invoice to the right person or not (if they even sent the invoice). In Covid when you're an essential business even! Horrible company!

Fred quickly took charge

Fred quickly took charge of solving my problem. He was sensitive to my frustration and kept me informed throughout the process. He fixed it. Then he actually followed up to make sure I was satisfied. This is what customer service is supposed to look like.

Sandy is a killer rep!

Sandy is a killer rep! She has been going above and beyond for our company and genuinely has concern for our well-being in regard to our IT systems that are in place and wants to improve on them. Thanks for being there for us Sandy!

W-Systems has been truly amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. W-Systems was everything they…

W-Systems was everything they advertised from the very beginning. Our particular diversity of products was a difficult one to mesh with any CRM and yet W Systems found a way for us to connect our company with the product that best fit us which was Goldmine.
From Sandy, our original sales rep, to Mark who did the entire set up, we were pleased with every step of the way.
One of the most beneficial aspects of our relationship with W-systems is that Mark and Sandy were able to bring us into the CRM world without ever making us feel we were behind the times (which we were). No matter what the question was, we were always treated kindly and with a professionalism that helped us feel cared for. This is huge as we have a staff with a variety of experience regarding technology from a great deal to little or none.
If you're looking to leaping into the 21st century and have been a bit apprehensive or even intimidated, I can absolutely recommend the team at W-Systems.

Thank you Mark Thudium and Sandy Simacek for what you've already done and for our continued relationship as we get more comfortable with Gold Mine and W-Systems.

Personal attention and a friendly "can do" attitude!

Mark and W-Systems are always ready to help when needed with expert advise and experience that matters. He is my "go to" for all things Goldmine / RIVA and WMobile related.
Personal attention and a friendly "can do" attitude make working with W-Systems a pleasure.
All points of contact with W-Systems from my Sales Person Sandy to licensing specialist Mary Ann give me the impression that they know me and my company and are willing to do what it takes.

Project overview

Our W-Systems team were very attentive and helpful throughout the project so far. We had some hiccups along the way that caused some delays in our project. The W-Systems team worked diligently to resolve these conflicts and get us the information we needed to proceed. Rob and Sandy are always available for guidance and help along the way. Communication has from our team to theirs has never been an issue.

GoldMine is the key to organization and work flow…

I feel as a fairly new user to GoldMine Premium Edition, that it has already changed the work flow of our office for the better. The support staff, Sandy & Mark have been a wonderful asset to our business.
