Quick response from Emma and reimbursing a price discrepancy immediately without any faff. It was a pleasant-enough surprise to receive the discrepancy at all (with all different sale prices on different days) but also without having to wait for my clothes to be returned etc etc as it might have been. Impressed, thank you and love the jumpers too! X

I am thrilled with the quality and cut of the garments I received from Sugarhill. Great value for money, quality fabric, realistic sizing and flattering tailoring. Speedy delivery too. I would definitely recommend.

I have ordered from Sugarhill quite a few times now - I must say, the sizing is perfect, and they always offer advice on their product pages about the item's fit, which is always spot on accurate. They package the garments beautifully, and send them promptly via Royal Mail. To this date, I've never had a problem with them, and any correspondence has been oozing positivity and care. Really fantastic company, and one that I will continue to support.

I'm a long-term fan of Sugarhill Brighton and have several jumpsuits and dresses from them. I'm so impressed by the gorgeous prints but most of all the high quality of the fabrics. I never need to worry about anything shrinking or looking odd once I've washed it and I've had several of their jumpsuits as favourites for years now.

I always get compliments whenever I'm wearing a Sugarhill outfit and they're always so colourful and cheery!

I also really appreciate the steps they've taken with their packaging to be more sustainable including using compostable bags for clothes and recyclable paper packaging for shipping. Very impressive!

I'll continue to shop here as long as my bank balance allows it 😄

What a fab company. I recently purchased a shirt but the ribbon neck tie was missing. They just sent me a new one snd told me I could either send the old one back, keep it or donate to charity. Two days later the new shirt turns up. Can’t fault them.

Very nice items, with lovely designs. Delivery was fast - I have one item to return so will see how that goes.

I will say, I shopped in the sale and to be honest the prices are a bit too high when not on sale. The jumpers are nice, but not worth £50-£60 each at full price.

If the prices were a bit lower I would probably shop here much more frequently. But at the moment the full prices are a bit too high for me.

To be clear in terms of feedback, its not because I can't afford £50 for a jumper (I'm fortunate that I can), but because I don't feel the quality is SO high that it's worth that much.

I think if there was another reason for the high price (organic, more sustainable etc) it might be worth it. I'd be comfortable paying about £40-£45 for the jumpers as they are (hence why I shopped the sale and will wait for future sales to shop again).

So I've purchased a few Sugarhill pieces via Wolf and Badger before but this has been my first time purchasing directly. The quality of the items are superb, they're not cheap but you really are getting what you pay for.

My reason for this review though is I had a need to contact Customer Services and I was so impressed with their response - I couldn't have asked for more! I'll only be purchasing direct in future due to the experience.

Absolutely love their clothes (they are so me!), frequent discounts, quick delivery and free returns. My fav online shop atm. Love!!

I had a bit of a mix up with my order and Sugarhill sorted it very promptly.

Quality and true to size shirt. I ordered the space themed catrina shirt and it’s the happiest pattern I’ve ever seen on a shirt. Can’t wait to wear it for an upcoming job interview.

I cannot fault the service- emails sent to them were replied to straight away. Customer service is definitely above and beyond.

I have had several items from Sugarhill Brighton this year and l am very happy with my purchases. The quality of the fabrics are excellent and the designs are unique. The fabric and packaging are sustainable and eco friendly. I prefer to pay a bit extra for quality and have never had any issues with delivery or returns.

Very pricey for the quality. I ordered a dress that was reduced to £48 but when I received it and tried it on I noticed it was lob-sided, it was longer at one side. I therefore returned the dress but three weeks later & no refund. I will definitely not order again from this site due to this. I know you stated you are a small team but three weeks is simply too long, if you can get orders out within the day surely a week is ample time for a refund unless everything you sell is returned…

I ordered a jersey ‘lightning bolt’ dress made by Sugarhill Brighton from Wolf & Badger and just wanted to say I am really impressed. The dress is beautifully made, with high quality material and a lovely print. I’m chuffed and will definitely buy from them again.

I found out about this retailer as a local boutique stocked their items but unfortunately did not have the size I wanted so I purchased directly from the website. The items were received within a few days (all packaging was recyclable) and the dress and top fitted perfectly in that they were true to size and great quality too. Thank you Sugarhill Brighton!

Will never order again avoid at all costs I ordered a t shirt and a dress the t shirt I kept but washed once and looks like a bit of rag and sent dress back as fit was not good and after all this time still no refund back to my account seem to keep the money for themselves and there prices are not cheap 52 for a dress after numerous emails all I am told is they have refunded it but my bank say there is nothing pending to come back in they are just fobbing me of now and excuses with covid will not use this company again.😡
