Sugio Mart is usually a great experience. However, at the moment they are moving their warehouse which makes delivery times A LOT LONGER! I placed an order over three weeks ago and it has yet not even left the warehouse. Hopefully they will soon get back to their usual great sevice, but until then I would not place any new orders.

Do NOT order any chocolates or food items if you are an international customer. They will arrive melted and customer service will tell you to just understand. Very disappointing, and definitely will not be ordering from them again.

No order confirmation email after 48 hrs
I placed an online order for the Japan Kit Kats bag on sale for $30 on Oct. 24, 2023. My credit card was charged immediately but I have not yet received any confirmation email from Sugoi Mart, and today is Oct. 27, 2023. I sent a request to confirm my order via the Sugoi Mart website today with no response yet. I will wait 48 hours for an email confirmation. If none, I will cancel my order immediately

Probably don't order if you don't have a lot of money and are in the U.S.
Well they actually sell this from Japan and the prices are extremely expensive. Since I'm in the US it was a mistake to order from here. They don't tell you if some certain things you order will actually show up or not. It doesn't even give a warning or anything if any of the stuff you ordered will be able to even get to you. They probably didn't do research but how would I tell that Doritos have meat in it? So I lost 10 dollars because they didn't tell me that the taco flavored Doritos would get destroyed by the US customs. They probably are it. Don't even order if you want the stuff that you ordered to actually come when you're in America. Unless you know that the customs won't destroy it.
Edit for Sugoi Mart: I don't think it's a big problem anymore because of how long ago it happened. But something you could do is make sure if someone orders from a different country that the country doesn't destroy certain items because of the ingredients. I was stupid and didn't know that the chips had meat in it. But the U.S. customs should not have destroyed a bag of chips just because it has that ingredient. People can eat chemicals from the stuff they buy at the store in America but they decided to destroy my snack just because it had some ingredient that wasn't even bad. I think the blame should actually go to them now that I think of it more than to you. But at first I was just mad because the taco Doritos were the thing I most wanted from that order.

Sugoi Mart Sakura Lucky Bag
I was on cloud nine when taking a look at what I received from your Sakura Lucky Bag. All the items were pink pastel. I have to say that they are so adorable and useful. I think i was lucky since I had a giant Shiba marshmallow plushie. Wow, she was huge and so kawaii. I slept with her everyday, haha. I received up to 10 items: Shiba plush, Sakura tea, chopsticks, green tea, cookies, My Melody towel, Sakura bath powder and Sakura pasta. I was impressed by the Sakura pasta. Its shape looked so cute and I cooked it with cheese. Super yummy and nutritious. Green Tea and cookies tasted very good. I drank tea and ate cookies together. I want to have these snacks everyday because they are too delicious. Your Sakura Lucky Bag didn’t disappoint me and made me feel happy. Thank you so much.

This place is everything!
It would take all day to list all the amazing things about Sugoimart so I’ll size it down alittle. Every experience with them is always fun even just looking at what they offer is exciting! One of the best things and my favorite part is that you can get a huge selection of items from Japan that aren’t available where I live. Also they have more then just food items they also have anime items that are to cutee!!
