I ordered shorts over a month ago and still haven’t received them. Tried emails and customer service but nobody responded.
I feel like I’ve been ripped off!!

If I could give a negative 10 I would!! Ordered two sweatshirts one black and one white got two black ones! Ordered one pair of men's shorts that were supposed to say we the people on them and have an American flag and looked khaki in the picture.... What a joke they aren't even the right shorts and the material is as thin as my silky underwear!! This company sucks!!

Chinese sizing. Ordered two men's large polos and what I received may have fit a 13 year old skinny kid. I contacted them and they offered me $5.00 (because that's all her manager would authorize) and suggested I regift them because it would be too expensive to return to China.

This company is not what it tries to project. I ordered some items almost a month ago and nothing. Says it is made and ships from Kentucky - NOT. first they overcharged from the invoice. When I complained they refunded the overage. Was days before I got a tracking link from the Netherlands. Every 3 days I would get a BS update. Took almost a month to say it made it thru customs twice, both US and Netherlands. This company is not what they say it is. Save your money and the aggravation - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered over $113 worth of clothing, paid expedited shipping and never received any items. I ordered these items before Memorial Day and it's now July 1st still haven't received them. Over 5 weeks of waiting for my product I do not consider that expedited shipping. I believed they shipped from the US. Send tracking numbers, which state they were in Spain's customs then all of a sudden the tracking number changes coming from China at their customs department, then new tracking number stating it's from the US customs. They respond with please be patient It's on its way. With no apologetic response refund on expedited shipping or anything. My question is what's on its way, If anything. I understand things happen, but this is ridiculous be honest. I have received nothing. Please be cautious with this company I will never order from them ever again.

Made in Kentucky but shipped from Italy??

This is an update on the status below:
After receiving the items, I find out that they sent me the incorrect tracking number and that all items came from and were manufactured in China. They misrepresented where these items were made and hide the tracking number from me until I bothered them enough, then they stated the system had linked the incorrect tracking number which showed they shipped from Italy. I contacted the seller about a refund through PayPal and they knew that the shipping to China for the return would be expensive and I would have to foot the total shipping cost back to them. PayPal was no help in finding a US based warehouse that I could send the items to even though the seller states they have many warehouses around the world. The seller insists that I send the items back to China and they state that if the items are damaged in shipping that they would not give the refund. I am hoping this is a scare tactic of theirs just to prevent me from sending them back. I took pictures of the items before inserting them in the shipping package to show that they are in the original packaging and have never been worn. I hope this helps in the end so they don't try to screw me over. A word to the wise, please don't buy from Suibstantial because they misrepresent the items they sell.

I ordered some men's shorts awhile ago, and it still says in preparation, and I have wrote a few times now, no reply, of COURSE!! I wanted those for the 4th of July. Now next step is my bank and our Attorney General to handle this matter!! I've been defrauded tooooo many times, with other companies. I have already twice wrote to our Attorney General 3x and 2 recently!! Get with it Substantial clothing company!!!!!! Ohhhh ya.. the worst part is the shorts my husband got, we'll they are completely, and obviously different, SO THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING IN OUR BOOK!! SO THE NEXT STEP, IS THE BBB, AND I'M WRITING AGAIN TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MINNESOTA!! I'VE WROTE LETTERS ABOUT OTHER FRAUD!! YOU NEED TO SEND THE CORRECT ONE,, THAT WERE ADVERTISED. AND OR MONEY BACK, AS THEY WEREN'T CHEAP!! FAR TOOOO MANY OF BAD CROOKED COMPANIES OUT IN OUR WORLD 🌎 😢

I never received the item ordered. I told them several time and sent several emails. They provided a number to call USPS. After speaking with USPS, the Tracking number They provided was invalid and once I looked at previous emails I noticed I had been give 3 different Tracking numbers. USPS said a package was delivered but definitely not at the address I provided. They couldn't share the address with me due to privacy laws.

I ordered 9 men’s shorts and 8 men’s shirts and paid almost $500. Received 4 shorts 3 weeks later. Shipping came from France but return address says James Dickinson 3320 Hillside Ave, New Hyde Park, NY 11040. This is a scam. STAY AWAY.

Update (2); it has been 14 days since I ordered with "air" delivery and still no projected delivery date. I have attempted to cancel the order and they refused, therefore I have started a dispute through credit card company. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH SUIBSTANTIAL. Update; it has now been 9 days since I placed my order with "air" delivery and they still wont give me a delivery date! This company is terrible. Ordered 4 days ago with overnight delivery and still have no idea when package will arrive. Communications about delivery date are generic and uninformative. All communications indicate package originates from UK? DO NOT ORDER anything from suibstantial.com

Order 1 polo shirt @25.99. -12% offer , a charge of $8.19 for sales tax, contacted them and refund through pay pal was given . Their website says made in Kentucky USA , but messages on status says item is taking a tour of Italy lol . No updates in two days , click on tracking number fed ex says no record , it’s been 6 days at this point 🤔

Ordered 4 shirts today. Noticed PayPal had a much higher charge showing. Immediately cancelled after doing more research in to the company that made the charge. I would not recommend anyone buy from them.

Trust pilot reviews. Here what turned me off! I read 3 reviews that confirmed there NOTHING American about this Suibstantial Co. Apparently NOT made in KY and actually Chinese or Asian Co. When you advertise made in USA, it better be made in USA, period!!

Do not purchase from this scam of a company! I made the mistake of not reading the fine print. Thought I was purchasing items from KY. The company is in Asia! The customer service is poor at best. I ordered weeks ago and can not find out where the product is or when I may receive them. Totally my fault for not doing the research! Please do not purchase from this company!

Beware of this fraud company, I ordered 2 items, I always screenshot my order information on any online orders because I don’t trust any online company to send my order confirmation.
I went to my credit card to see that they charged me twice and for more than my purchase. I sent email per my credit card company & then contacted my CC company of fraud.

Ordered a polo shirt from this company on 06/09/2024 since their original homepage said everything was made in KENTUCKY, USA. However after noticing the company charged me multiple times for a single item I canceled my debit card, and reported them to paypal. The company is ACTUALLY "伊工達網絡科技有限公司 - Igonda Network Technology Co., Ltd." 06/12/2024 update: Received tracking information this AM, and the polo shirt is coming from ITALY..... not KENTUCKY, USA. LOL!!!

Tried to order from this company using PayPal and they tried to get 3 extra charges through back to back after the original purchase amount. My CC company’s fraud department flagged it and shut everything down. Found out the transactions were made out of Hong Kong. Not at all trustworthy in my opinion.

Amazing quality, vibrant print. Girlfriend absolutely loves it!

Reasonably good product, quite suitable for friends. the color was slightly different from the website image. It was a bit darker in real life. But, it still looks great and I wouldn't mind wearing it frequently. the sizing fits perfectly as stated in the size chart.
