I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training here and experience is really great the teacher were really experienced and full of knowledge the place is great food is good and accommodation is clean so highly recommend this school if you are looking for teacher training course.
Sukha Yogashala is one of the best places in Rishikesh to do a teacher training or drop in class. Go up the spiral staircase across from the bookstore. I have been coming here for 10 years and have taken many classes over the years with Master Rahul Nautiyal. His kind, happy spirit makes his high quality yoga sessions joyful for all levels. I am over 60 and he makes sure that I do asanas safely. I even take his Ashtanga classes! He’s very popular, so book early! Highly recommended.
