Nice products but you have no idea when…
Nice products but you have no idea when your delivery is due. All of a sudden, after several weeks, I got a message that I had to pick up my package in 3 days, or else it would be returned.

Excellent and personal service
I was very content with my filtball-rug and when I accidentaly ordered 2 instead of 1 they were very quick to point it out and ask how many I really wanted :)
The rug is of excellent quality and I am very satisfied. However, the delivery information could be improved, there were some misunderstandings until it finally arrived.
