Advent drama

I ordered an Advent Calendar on November 25.
Today it is January 20.
I still have not received it.

I contacted the company several times by email.
Each response took about two weeks.

The Advent Calendar arrived in the Netherlands on December 31.
My postal service sent the tax notice too late.
Because of that, I could not pay the tax on time.
The package was sent back to Canada.

The company says they are sorry.
They offer to resend the package.
I must pay the shipping again and the tax again.

The costs.
Shipping costs 20 euro.
Tax costs 50 euro.
Total cost is now over 230 euro.

The company does not offer compensation.
They do not take responsibility.

I do not recommend buying from this company.
Customer service is slow and unhelpful.

I just want to receive the Advent Calendar I already paid for.

Stay away from Sukoshi.

Ordered the 2025 Advent Calendar on November 20th. It is now December 26th. The calendar never arrived and repeated emails (they have no customer service phone number) have gone unanswered.

My bf bought me the 2024 advent…

My bf bought me the 2024 advent calendar but we never received the package and they refused to refund/send another one. It is by far the worst experience I had with online shopping. I don’t recommend it. Go to YesStyle or Stylevana.

As a Canadian, I love Sukoshi Mart!

I love Sukoshi Mart! The shipping for me is remarkably fast since it’s coming from Ontario to Alberta. For us Canadians, It’s such an efficient way to get our hands on these K beauty products without having to wait for weeks. They have a variety of products and they frequently get new arrivals.
With everything going on with Canada Post, It’s nice how they use different couriers as well!

No help - never again

Because the package had too many customs fees, I didn't accept it. But because I obviously want my money back, I wrote to them straight away to let them know. I didn't get a reply to the first message (3 weeks later). Only after I wrote again I got a reply after a few days. They then told me that I would only get the compensation when the package arrived in their shop. On the one hand, that's understandable, but on the other hand, it's been almost a month since it was on its way back (and it took a week to deliver it here). I would also understand if the package had been opened after receiving it so that they could be sure that nothing was missing, but I didn't accept it, so it was NEVER opened! (I should note that if it gets lost on the way, you can forget about compensation even though you had nothing to do with the transport yourself). I was then told to contact the post office to get updates about the package. The only problem is that the tracking number is different in the postal system and since I didn't receive a letter, I don't know what it is (the post office mentioned that this is not mandatory). So I wrote to customer service again but all I got was the answer that they couldn't help me and a link to the current tracking, which doesn't help me much because the right number isn't there and it doesn't say anywhere where it could be. Conclusion: for me it's a scam. I've been waiting here for days without getting any help. I have no information (I don't get any either) and so I can't change my situation by myself. If something goes wrong between the seller and the buyer (with the transport) you should sort it out yourself, but the other way around (from the buyer back to the seller) there are different "rules" - if the post office loses my package, I'm stuck with everything even though I haven't even touched the package!!!

they are thieves!

they are thieves!! I ordered an advent calendar at the beginning of November and I live in Italy, in the order it didn't say that I would have to pay additional costs but it said that I had paid everything. so when they brought me the calendar I wasn't at home and they asked my dad for an additional 50 euros so he rejected the package. I've been asking for a refund for more than a week and no one has answered me, I've been on the chat line for 5 hours without any response ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Don’t order from here

Very unprofessional, I’ve ordered two of this years advent calendar and still haven’t received it. The tracking says I should’ve received by 8 November 2024 and it’s a few days away from 1 December. I have tried to contact but no reply. Very quick to take money but very poor communication.

Stay away

Ordered and made payment and haven’t received an email confirmation. Sent their customer service an email and no answer from their part . I have no order number or anything from their side .even when I go to my orders it says no order has been made. I was charged by my bank and my payment went through .

THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP

I wish I could give this company a zero-star rating. Their customer service is extremely disappointing, and it's a shame that a company operates in such a manner. I've been attempting to contact them via email, but unfortunately, they have not responded at all. Additionally, the products I received had writing on them in black sharpie, which raises suspicions.In particular, the sunscreen I purchased had the SPF information on all sides deliberately erased with black sharpie, and there was no explanation for this. It's incredibly strange, and I find it concerning. I reported this issue through email on the day the products arrived, expressing my desire to return them due to the lack of trust I now have in putting these items on my face. Regrettably, I have not received any response from them. It's important for the company's headquarters to pay attention to their employees, as the current service is inadequate. They are not doing a proper job, and customer satisfaction, along with addressing concerns, is clearly not a priority. It's baffling that unopened products cannot be returned. What is going on in this market? I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; they engage in deceptive practices and seem indifferent to customer concerns. They either need to hire more staff to handle issues promptly or improve their overall efficiency. Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying from this market – they scam customers and show a complete lack of care!

Items didnt come, ordered during xmas

Ordered my items during xmas, still have not received it. From today, it has been 4 weeks since the advertised 1-3 day online delivery.

Complete disappointment and suspected of fraudulent activity on their end. Do not buy anything online. Just go in person.

Completely agree with the negative…

Completely agree with the negative reviews. I placed an order with them and they confirmed it was shipped. They asked me to download an app to track the order and I am not able to track as the order number does not appear. I have emailed them and no response. I will give it another then and then file a complaint.

The advent calendar is outrageous

The advent calendar is disappointing.Stickers,washi tape,two porcelain cats for some reason,two claw clips with one being so small that it can maybe hold my bangs, two ugly keychains and two packs of snacks that weren't that great.I am very disappointed with the fillers.There's only 5 makeup items and several skincare items that have bad reviews online or are so small that you get maybe 5 uses out of them.The shipping took forever and i had to pay an outrageous tax so i spent 2 months and 220 euros in total to basically get scammed.I am very disappointed.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!! May look super cute, but they just take ur money and doesn’t even answer mail. And btw YOU’LL NEVER RECIEVE UR PRODUCTS EITHER WAY. I PREORDERED an advent calendar the 31st of october, and now its the 10th of december, and guess what??? IT HASNT EVEN COME YET, and the tracking says it’s «unavailable». Unavailable my ass at this point. And they don’t even answer me, i have sent multiple mails too. Whats up with that??!! LEGIT SCAM, STAY TF AWAY. Warm hugs, angry costumer🥰🥰🥰 (btw, don’t even come at me saying «contact us at mail and we’ll fix the problem», BRO I’VE ALREADY DONE THAT AND U GAVE ME NOTHING.»

Absolutely outrageous.

Absolutely outrageous.
I bought the advent calender from them that was around 156€ as I remember correctly not including the fees that i had to pay of 36 Euros.
A piece was broken in the calender and it for sure did not break during transport due to the missing piece not being loose in the box.
They included 2 times stickers in the calender... and a washi tape roll.
I received the calender by itself on the 5. So that also was disappointing.
Contacted customer support for the broken item, they offered me a store credit of 5$, i am not looking to order from them again and with that credit there is absolutely nothing i could possibly buy there especially since shipping fees have to be included.
Christmas spirit totally ruined, will never shop there again. Worst experience i have ever made with any shop.

Online shopping is a disaster.
Sukoshi Mart's online shopping is a disaster and their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The main issue is that they sent me the incorrect items. They did not respond to my customer inquiry until I followed up after 2 days. They only respond to their emails once a day. After an entire week of back-and-forth, their solution is that they will send my correct order only when they receive the incorrect items back. I told them I do not have a printer to print the return label and that going to a post office is outside my work hours. It will take me some time to send the items back. In the meantime, I requested they send my correct items because I have been waiting several weeks to use these items. They refused. It is unreasonable and unprofessional that I have to wait additional time to receive the items I paid for based on their mistake. I do not recommend shopping online.

nice products, helpful service

lovely selection of products and great customer service.

I have ordered from the site a handful of times with no issues but received a damaged item in a recent purchase. customer service was quick to respond, resolving the issue and sending out a replacement.

I am very pleased with how the situation was handled and will shop here again for sure.
