Great company to work with. Friendly and helpful. Good price. I only needed one window replaced and that wasn’t a problem. 2 surveys and measurements undertaken prior to ordering/ fitting to ensure window fitted right first time. No issues with installation and fitter was great. Mess and old window removed. Would definitely recommend.

Had new windows and a composite front door fitted. A very positive experience from start to finish. Great initial practical advice on what to order with an eye on cost. Excellent communication through out the whole process.

Instalation was done efficiently with no mess left behind. The windows have made my house so quiet and draft free inside plus the composite door looks great.

A minor issue with a panel outside their control has just been rectified in a fast and efficient manner.

From our first enquiry, right through to fitting John and John were fantastic! Questions were answered quickly and we were kept informed of updates. The whole team are lovely and attention to detail is fantastic. The fitter left our bathroom nice and tidy once the window was fitted.

Replacing windows and back door at my elderly mum’s house and Summerfield windows couldn’t have made it go any smoother. From the 1st visit from the two Johns to the follow up call, nothing was too much trouble.

There was no hard sell and their price was very competitive, compared to the other quotes but still getting the same quality and service.

Installation team were fab and even when the weather turn very wet and cold they did not stop and everything was left clean and tidy.

Brilliant Company ...I had 7 other companies out to look at replacing 9 windows in my house ...tried all the Facebook Adverts of window companies within a 20 mile radius of me .. and listened to what they had to say and offer .. Summerfield were one of the few companies that actual brought out a sample window ...this allowed me to thoroughly check out the quality and also to verify that they sold genuine Rehau Windows ..I know this because I checked with Rehau directly and were assured Summerfield were authorised distributors with qualified fitters.
They are a Family run company run by Father and Son ...both named John
They both came out measured up ,showed the window sample too me ...no sales pitch or pressure applied in any way ...just 2 decent blokes that showed you their windows and gave you a competitive price.
The instalation was carried out in a day by Johns fitters who were brilliant
They fitted the windows and left the house spotless ,nothing was a bother for them
Trust me when I say before choosing Summerfield Windows to carry out the work .I done my homework and can save you the bother of vetting out a suitable supplier if your looking to get new windows and doors supplied and fitted

Great service from both John’s after a recommendation from friends . No pressure and explained everything giving us various options on styles and composition. We were kept up to date with timelines and the fitting was carried out whilst we were on holiday . We returned to two new doors and window hinges and all mess had been removed. John then revisited to ensure we were happy with the results and quality. We have received many compliments from friends, family and neighbours.

We contacted Summerfield based on the experience of a friend who used them for replacement windows.

The quotation was, I believe, competitive and there was no sales pressure to buy. They were friendly, helpful and listened to our needs with some helpful suggestions.

On the installation side, the team attended exactly when they said and worked diligently until completion. It looks like a good job.

The door and side panel are more substantial than the 30-year-old or so unit that they replaced and the finish easier to clean and maintain. Security etc. is much better.

We will have no hesitation in using Summerfield again.

Amazing service from start to finish. The two John’s were great from the get go when out for a quote. They were very helpful discussing different styles and advising what would be best. Nothing seemed like it would be a problem. I contacted John to change handle colours and had no issues. Fitting day, Brian and his team turned up as arranged and the job was done professionally, quickly and with very little upheaval. Everyone that we met were genuine nice people. The two Johns even carry out a visit when the work is done to ensure you are pleased and everything has gone to plan. We are delighted with our windows/ doors and would 100% use again and recommend.

Second time dealing with Summerfield and once again delighted with service offered by them.
First time was a door repair that another company supposedly fixed but had to bring in Summerfield to correct, and no problem since. Just had large window fitted by both Craigs who worked non stop to complete a great job.
