We purchased a Bespoke cabin from summer houses limited at Whisby. Neville and Kim were very efficient they kept us updated from start to finish. Gavin and his team were very tidy and friendly they did an excellent job erecting the summer house. The painters also did an excellent job we are very happy with the colours that Kim helped us to choose . We would not hesitate to recommend Kim Neville and the team to anyone choosing a summer house.

Summerhouses Unlimited was recommended to us by a family member and they were spot on.
We visited the showroom in Whisby, Lincoln and was greeted by a welcoming Neville.
We spoke about our requirements and purchased the Silcily 2 cabin. From start to finish we was kept updated by Kim on dates and deliveries. All of which were delivered on time and well coordinated. Kim scheduled the dates around our availability and was very accommodating.
We had a lovely team of installers for 3 days Gavin, Alex, Callum and Kieron all were very respectful and tidy.
I could not recommend this company enough and we absolutely love the cabin as it gives us that extra space needed for our boys when they have friends over.

We have an Edinburgh cabin which we are really happy with.
Everything went very smoothly from ordering to the completion.
We were kept informed by Kim of delivery and everything that was happening. It was a very easy experience and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Gavin, Callum and Alex were not only great at what they do but they also keep me informed throughout the process and left the place cleaner than when they started. They work well together and were polite and friendly throughout.

The cabin was delivered in good time and the quality of the build is second to none.

Good communication from the team. The summerhouse was built quickly and efficiently and to an excellent standard. The painters were expensive considering they only came for twice for the morning each time.

Really happy with our new summerhouse, installation was quick and efficient by the team. They left no mess and were hardworking and courteous at all times. We recently had a Barbados Mini installed by Summerhouses Limited and we cannot fault the service. From the moment we spoke to Kim in the office we knew we had come to the right place. There are so many options to choose from but we settled on the Barbados Mini and so pleased we did. We have been looked after from start to finish, ETAs for all the materials so we knew when to expect them and coming out to survey the garden. Neville, Gavin and the team came to install and were super friendly and got it done so quickly and once they finished, talked us through it all and gave us some advice. The service has been superb from start to finish and we would recommend Summerhouses Unlimited to anyone looking for a summerhouse!

A really friendly company where nothing is too much trouble. They were happy to explore lots of different options for our space and provide exemplary advice when my ideas were a bit too wacky! Even out my washing line up for me as a little extra help. Great for follow up questions too - responding immediately every time. Could not be happier. I love spending time in our additional garden space - thank you Nev, Kim and team.

After viewing several sites for cabins we visited Whisby and found a selection of different Summerhouses. Mum chose the Edinburgh 140 which had the perfect space for her craft room whilst having character. We spoke to Kim who gave us a range of options and talked us through the whole process. Delivery from the manufacturers was well organised by the site team who ensured items arrived when we were available to ensure they were stored safely. The site team (Gavin, Callum and Kieran) were amazing, very polite and tidy and the summer house took about 3 days in total to build. We used the recommended painters, arranged by Kim who were also so professional and did a fantastic job. All parties explained how to maintain the cabin and Mum is truly delighted with her craft room and can't wait to use it.

We are so very pleased with our summer house. The whole experience of choosing and installation has gone smoothly and efficiently. The staff and owners have been helpful and friendly throughout and the end product sitting in our garden is beautiful! We totally recommend this company if you are looking for a summer house or garden office space.

We arrived at Whisby actually on our way to Newark but found what we were looking for. We were so impressed by the summerhouses and ordered there and then. Neville, Gavin, Callum and Kieron laid the base very quickly they are a really pleasant team always willing to explain where they were in the process and were very tidy when the end of the day came.
The cabin was erected in 4 days start to finish including the base for the decking, really hard workers. Sue and I are very pleased with our beautiful summerhouse and would completely recommend Summerhouses Unlimited Thank you.

Very pleased with the end result. The cabin looks superb. We found everyone involved at all stages, from placing the order right through to the final painting service to be helpful, polite, friendly and courteous. Can’t praise the company enough. A Job well done.

I had very specific ideas ,I had several other companies large & small over the last 2 years with a range of costings ideas & decided to go with summerhouses unlimited with the be-spoke designs . I was concerned that our sketch was not sufficient enough to risk being used as a final product so I was quite insistent to get a home site visit prior - which Neville & the team did on several occasions to get the be-spoke project to my high expectations! Once reviewed a few times for measuring, the build schedule was on ! The communication was excellent. The dates were fixed , the materials were delivered prior- on time & no trouble at all. All the companies used for deliveries were made on time
The team arrived the next day & were super efficient, clean , professional & the speed at which the cabin went up was amazing. Painting & electric advice is available & contacts of which they use/ recommend is available if you wish . I took on the painting service team & an electrician from their recommendations . Having exceptional high standards & firm ideas myself , summerhouses really worked above & beyond . Fully recommend

My husband and I decided we wanted a substantial summerhouse. After just browsing the range and seeing the quality of the houses on site, we booked a meeting. After a good discussion, we decided on the Edinburgh cabin, as this was slightly bigger and we are so glad we did! We were also getting our garden renovated, but they were able to come in to lay the base for us to allow our renovation team to complete their work. The communication was fantastic, in terms of delivery and installation of the summerhouse.
The installation was quick and effecient and the summerhouse is just beautiful. We then painted the inside and outside as instructed. We had a few issues, again, great support and they were easily and quickly rectified.
I can't recommend them enough and we love our summerhouse! We ended up putting electric in as well so it is another room that my 3 year old also loves!

Just had our cabin installed and painted. Really happy with the result. Great experience researching and buying the cabin, the whole team were super helpful. Installation was done earlier than expected and everything from order through delivery and install worked so smoothly. Looking forward to using the cabin now!

I visited the showroom at Whisby and was immediately impressed by the selection of cabins along with the knowledge/helpfulness of the staff. The Barbados 3 was the ideal cabin for my requirements. Ordering it was very straightforward and extremely quick from ordering to delivery. Delivery again was excellent and snag free. The installation team did a fantastic job and the cabin was built in a day and a half. What really has impressed me was all the staffs professionalism, attention to detail and timely updates during the whole process. The cabin is brilliant and I would highly recommend using Summerhouses Unlimited….thank you.

I have waited a while before posting a review because I actually wanted to settle into the summer house and see how it was. I use my summer house as a garden office and it has been superb. The installation team did a fantastic job and even came back to adjust the doors after the hinges had dropped a little. The painting team were efficient and responsive to my feedback and additional requests. After six months and a cold winter with several windy storms under its belt, it is leak free, cosy and warm and provides a great place to work. I would highly recommend using these guys as they were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and provided great value for money when I compared it with three other quotes.

We dropped on company by accident whilst driving round. Whilst there, we met the team and they were very open and honest about our requirements. The answered all our questions. We were so impressed we asked for a quote and agreed virtually straight away. From that point communication was excellent. During the installation there was a small glitch (caused by me) resulting in a small delay in the install, however Neville and his team were very accommodating and rescheduled to get the work completed.
The finished cabin is excellent, well manufactured and assembled. The installation team and painters left the site immaculate also.
