Written by the company

Summerlands Tackle came into being in 1985 and was originally situated in Golf Links Road, Westward Ho! Owned and managed by Nick and Louise Laws It soon gained a reputation for selling quality fishing tackle, the business was based on offering the local and visiting customers the best advice available. In the early years, strong links were tied with the very finest fishing tackle companies from Abu through to Zziplex, Summerlands soon became the place to see the very latest tackle. In 1997 Summerlands moved to its present large sight (we had to buy a bank and two shops to squeeze our stock into), and Louise's and Nick's dream to create the ultimate Anglers Aladdin's Cave slowly came into being. In the 1990s Summerlands took a big step forward when Heather and Simon (daughter and son-in-law) joined the team bringing new enthusiasm, drive, and specialist tackle knowledge with them. The shop still reverberates to the staff’s weird taste in music and the aroma of the world's finest coffees.

In reply they were very apologetic and confirmed order was placed.
Delivery of goods took longer than I had thought but I don;t think this was down to them and due to Royal Mail.
Product ordered is as expected and delivered safely

Korum s23 delux fishing chair

Not the company at fault.just the product the chair does not sit right when set up does not matter how the legs are adjusted the chair by design leans back as if the chair wants to collapse.it probably won't but over time the constant weight bearing on the chair legs over time carnt be good the legs do not stand vertical to the ground so when attaching brolly arm the brolly can NOT stand in a vertical position it tilts at an angle this is of ballance and pully on the already unbalanced chair and adds extra weight to the already leaning back chair.i did message the company Summerlands Tackle about this all they said is "can we send my complaint to manufacturer 'I said yes then sent them follow up emails about it and got nothing back.been about 2 months now still nothing.i have seen this chair in other tackle shops and it has exactly the same design flaw.i do not recomend this chair to any fishermen.i am a match fisherman and this chair will have to go.the date below is an estimate I had it about 13 months or so
