Established by Adrian Scott in 2005, Summer Valley PCs is one of Swansea's first computer repair specialists. Since 2018 we have extended our services to cover Cross Hands and surrounding areas. We are a family run business, work from our home workshop with no costly overheads, therefore the savings we make, we pass on to our customers. Our standard prices are even lower than the 'discounted' prices offered by other PC repair companies, so please get a quote from us first before you needlessly pay more. With free estimates, free pick up and return and a no fix no fee as standard on all our work, you can't go wrong! Adrian is DBS certified, holds a BSc(Hons) degree and has previously worked for a national computer retail company and a multinational information technology equipment and services company. He also provides specialist digital support for a national charity. He has the experience to troubleshoot and resolve all of your computer related problems.​

AMAZING SERVICE

AMAZING SERVICE, then and now!!

Used Summer Valley PCs about 12 years ago for an issue with an older Lenovo PC.
He took it away did his magic and returned it all back in working order.
Fast forward to today and No Internet on my Dell PC. Other peoples laptops etc
were working fine so I start worrying if it's something I've done or not, and it's
Friday with the weekend looming. I needn't have worried. Rang them up, explained my
issues, and as calm as you like they guided me through steps to sort it out.
Within an hour or so I was all back up and running. Adrian, you are my hero... AGAIN!!
Seriously people i can't recommend them enough!

Recently my granddaughter accidentally…

Recently my granddaughter accidentally spilt water into her pc, stopping it from working. Adrian was able to sort out the problem quickly and at a modest cost. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service, had an issue with laptop charger out of hours & was given advice with regards to potential causes before I spent money unnecessarily. Have used Summer Valley PC's previously - outstanding service, very polite & professional. Contributes to local charities, especially Action for Elders.

I've used Adrian for many years from…

I've used Adrian for many years from hardware and software issues and would 100% recommend him to anyone.

I upgraded my pc to windows 10 and the instalation failed so, asked Adrian to have a look. Within 24hrs not only had he managed to backup my data he also sorted out the problem.

Adrian has also upgraded my laptop with a SSD hard drive and most recently installed office 2021 on my mother inlaws laptop all at a very reasonable price!

I would genuinely recommend him, top quality service and he's a nice guy too!

Excellent Service

Adrian Scott (Sumner Valley PC’s) is extremely proficient at his job. He advises, recommends when necessary, BUT above all provides a service of excellence you can trust.
I have NO hesitation in recommending this company as it is a company you can trust and rely on.
