Yesterday I spoke to Tatiana and she said she was going send me a letter to take to court and I did not received it. I’m really upset with this company because each one of the person I spoked every week had said that they had send a message to Jennifer and if she doesn’t replied back to them and they were going to contact their supervisor and NOTHING has been done. YOU ALL fail my trust I will not recommend your company to anyone because you guys fail to your clients. There is LACK OF COMMUNICATIONS from this company. I don’t know WHY you guys haven’t gotten the payments since April 2019, if there was something wrong with the payment you would have called me or send me a statement. I have not heard from you guys about that this until I called you in January 2021 and my payment is set til February 10, 2021 and NO payment has been drafted.
I wish that someone be integrity about helping their clients and not set them aside and ignored them.

Totally recommend
Finding a debt consolidating company was scary and intimidating. However, with Summit it’s been smooth sailing. I have not had a single annoying or uncomfortable experience. When calling with a question, concern or just general info regarding my particular program, the phone representatives,that I’ve spoken to, have been polite and easy to talk to.

I started the program over two years…
I started the program over two years now, just recently one if the creditors died me. I was do scared because I never experienced this before. But I'm happy how Wyolaw firm were able to negotiate with the creditors and have this issue settle d peacefully. I know in no time I will get over this and be debt free. I'm also hoping Wyolaw firm will soon negotiate with my ok there creditors do I can finish with this program by next year as programed.
I'm happy with their staff the handle me well any time I call and I really appreciate all you do for me.

I am an existing client of Summit/Wyo…
I am an existing client of Summit/Wyo Law. I was left with a large amount of debt that I could not maintain payments on by myself after my spouse died. I tried negotiating with the creditors myself, but they would not work with me and were not sympathetic to my situation at all. Summit/Wyo Law has been extremely helpful in assisting with managing my debt and getting the payments to a more affordable cost. They have also kept the creditors from harassing me. I don't know what I would have done without their help. They have helped me so much through such a difficult time.

In early Dec. I called Wyolaw and spoke to Nishida saying that due to loss of my job because of COVID-19 I didn’t have enough funds for my upcoming payment. Nishida was very helpful and we AGREED in voice recording that a payment of $120 was to be processed on that day and it was.
Nishida just called and asked me she needed to get a voice recording saying that I’m defaulting on my account which is false! I’m in good standing with Wyolaw and refuse to taking part in it. Please listen to the voice recording before you call me! Sincerely, Ryan Chang.

The person I talked to was polite and as helpful as she could be, but was not able to help me because she said it hadn't been filed with the attorney that is working on my case. I was sent and email that said you had received by paper that I emailed, and that I should call if I had any questions. It would have been helpful if the email had said to call next week, if I have any questions.

I was very confused about what was happening with my account
I was very confused about what was happening with my account. I felt like nothing was happening but my money being taken. I called and the customer service was great and did everything she could to help me. I feel like I understand and am hoping things start to go my way and get my credit fixed.
