Really surprised by the meals. Far better than I ever imagined and thats Coming from a regular user of freeze dried meals. Will definately be no1 choice from now on.

Have tried two different meals both were very nice and filling I would suggest waiting longer than the prescribed time to ensure it's all re hydrated though, that said very nice I will be getting more.👍👍👍

Fast delivery of order and most importantly the food is generally excellent. I have yet to come across better meals made from dehydrated ingredients. Perfect for trekking in the hills.

Excellent service with prompt delivery and a good range of unique flavours. Chicken fajitas, chicken fried rice, pasta bol, and the salmon and broccoli pasta were full of flavour. However, the scrambled egg and cheese possessed a unique texture, akin to chewing on the filling from a 20 year old sofa cushion. Choose wisely!

Unfortunately my experience was not as good as it should have been. I ordered the chicken tikka and fajita chicken meals. After placing the other I received no confirmation email as promised and only knew the order reference as I'd screenshoted the order confirmation page on the website. I called the next day and was reassured the order was being processed and I would only get the email with tracking info when it was dispatched. No email ever arrived. After 2 more days with no delivery I called again and was told it had been sent. The package did eventually arrive safely the next day.

As far as the food itself goes, they tasted just OK - as you would expect for a freeze dried product. They were simple to prepare but the suggested water amount left the meals quite runny in my opinion.

Sadly I would not be able to recommend these meals on the basis of the delivery experience and the overall taste

Love the meals, they taste good and are perfect for lightweight trekking because all I need to do is boil water. No need to clean anything but my spoon.

It's a personal thing, I know, but in so far as I am concerned, Summit to Eat meals are the best freeze dried meals in the market place.

I recently purchased several of the meals and deserts offered by Summit to Eat, those being the Chicken Tikka with Rice, Pasta Bolognaise, Beef and Potato Stew, Chocolate Mouse with Granola & Cherry and Custard Apple Crunch.
The Pasta Bolognaise tasted as you would expect Bolognaise to taste and the pasta was nice and soft, so no complaints.
The Chicken Tikka was by far my favourite, it tasted great and was just the job on a cold night.
My only regret was that I didn't order more than one.
I haven't had a chance to try the Beef and Potato Stew yet.
As for the two deserts that I opted for, the Apple Custard Crunch was a bit of a disappointment in that the consistency was more like that of scrambled egg and the flavour was somewhat lacking in my opinion but this was almost certainly down to my preparation and rush to try it.
The Chocolate mouse however was very enjoyable.
The Mouse was rich in flavour and smooth in consistency and the Granola and Cherry complimented the Mouse nicely.
All in all, I was very happy with the Summit To Eat items that I purchased and would definitely choose them again, especially the Chicken Tikka.
Please bear in mind that these are just my personal opinions.

We've tried almost every meal and made repeat orders on our favourites. The meals offer great flavour, decent portion sizes, excellent variety and are so simple to prepare.

Ordered a few meals as a treat when wildcamping in the UK... Not sure I can go back to noodles now! Order and receipt hassle free. Better tasting than the rest. Highly recommended 👍🏽
