SCAM!! BEWARE! They take your money & do not send goods. They gave a fake tracking number. They di not reply to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM SUNAILOOM!

A COMPLETE SCAM! Have not received product and they send me a fake tracking number in Spanish. You should be ashamed taking advantage of people during these difficult times. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible hair trimmer. Nothing like the video and nothing like the cheapest trimmer you can buy anywhere else.

I ordered 5 products and only got two. I will never order from that company again. I told them I wanted my money back for the products I did not get but no answer!

I ordered 2 items. They sent something totally different. They won't refund my money or send me the correct items I ordered. They told ME to return the incorrect items to Spain!!! I live in the U.S. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to give them money and receive nothing but frustration!

I like others wish I had read reviews honestly I’ve never know such rubbish the wrong item was sent it it small nothing like their fancy photos and no way could this go outside Im totally sick of being ripped off by people I sent email after email until I managed to get a return address but luckerly I checked the box it came in and there are three different addresses and it will cost a fortune to return even then you are not gaurenteed your money back this company should be stopped from advertising so upset avoid avoid

I bought 2 dandelion things. So pretty. I agree with other reviews that quality is not great, smaller than I expected. Haven't put it outside yet as broken so don't know if it rusts. I was expecting them to move in wind but they are static - no big deal. They came in a small box coiled up and cannot straighten them. Have asked you for a picture of the 2 sculptures so I can know what they should look like but no response. 1 arrived broken and have had only an automated response, the other broke when I tried to straighten it, again only an automated response. Asked what name it would show on my credit card, no response. Have been asked for an order number but bought on facebook and no order number given and no record of transaction given. It's a pity as the product is very pretty.

Horrible, arrived very late. Was working for about 5-10 minutes. Then not at all, we had a nice breeze going. It will be returned😩

So grateful to read the reviews here. Stopped me from making the same mistake. I thought the advert was too good to be true but the lovely image is so convincing. Thanks folks for taking the time and trouble of posting your reviews of actual purchases..

If I could have given less that would be more reflective of this company. They are corrupt thieves. The product ships from California but I would need to spend $75+ to return it. The windmill rusted after 3 days outside. It didn’t move in the wind. Horrible product and horrible company

Do not buy anything from them.

Same experience as others small compared to what they let you believe it is. AND DON'T even whirl. It's a dud. After months of emails. get one back says to return to Madrid. Nothing is said about refund or shipping or replacement.

We received a windmill, tiny compared to photos, not on a swivel so doesn’t catch any breeze. Tried to return and get $48.45 refund and were told we’d have to mail it to the company…in Spain! We hope no one buys anything from this company. They should be jailed for theft….

I wish I had read all the reviews all I can say is do not buy anything from this company I can’t believe I was sucked in to buying a dull bit of metal that does not resemble what they show you in the pictures 🤬

All I can do is agree with everyone else wish I had read the reviews before I brought.
I ordered 2 fairies with the dandelions when they arrived the order was incorrect I have never seen such rubbish, part of the dandelions where broken and they looked nothing like their website which I will say looked beautiful (obviously to attract people).
I have been over 3 weeks now trying to get an address from them to return but after reading the reviews it looks like I have no hope will have to put it down to an experience to which I will not do again I will stick to buying closer to home.
Total scammers and should be looked into.

I'm not surprised to find lots of bad reviews about this business as I have been completely disappointed with both the products and service. The quality of the products is total rubbish, I didn't even receive the correct item. When I contacted them they made no effort to offer a solution or replacement and they only seem to respond to messages once a week. I will never use this company again and urge others to avoid it at all costs.

The purchase of the metal windmill garden decoration was a complete disappointment. It is of very poor quality. It is not weather resistant as advertised. In only a couple of weeks it was rusting. The blades barely move and never like the movement shown in the advertisement. It was described to move in the slightest breeze. In a wind of 40mph I saw the blades barely moved but the pole wobbled instead.

i only wish i read the reviews before i paid nearly £70 for 2 of these garden items.....Please do not buy these products, they look nothing like you see advertised on line. One came broken/bent , and the box ripped - it suppose to be 3 fairies on a stem with a dandelion at the end, thin bits of metal they are!... and the other one which was a sort of windmill, is very small and it came in 3 pieces where you supposed to put the 'steel' rods together, and screw them together then put the flower/windmill on. the 2 rods in the middle, but it wont screw together as there is nothing to hold the 2 rods together so its half of its small size and you can not see it in the garden. both are thin flimsy metal - cheap looking and nothing as i mentioned, like what you see. I looked into sending them back but at over £30 + its not worth it. (as they come from china) I have emailed them but no one has got back, but if they did, what can they do!! as i would not want a 'replacement' and they would not refund you either. I have so learned my lesson never again to be sucked in like this with these fancy glossy advertisements

The item arrived is completely different from what it was advertised. Not just it’s poor quality, cheap looking, it looks nothing like photo I clicked to buy. The price is above NZ$50, took weeks to arrive, I felt being ripped off. I requested a refund via email provided in the order confirmation email, never get a reply.
They also have similar advertised on maicei.com , lots of bad review that resembled my experience.

Only gave a 1 so I could write this review ! Looks like I’ve been scammed then reading these reviews !!!! Absolutely furious with myself for falling for these crooks !!! Why on earth are they still allowed to advertise ??????? Why are they still getting away with it ??? How do these people sleep at night !!
