I ordered a dress (AE02725787-80) for my son from Sun & Sand Sports on March 31st, and it was delivered on April 2nd. However, due to the small size, I requested a return on the same day. Despite a week passing, there was no pick-up arranged, so I contacted customer service. They assured me they would collect the item within 48 hours. Since it was for Eid, I reordered the dress before the return was processed, and it arrived within two days. Even after 48 hours, no action was taken, so I emailed again on April 10th, receiving another promise of action within 48 hours. With the school opening on the 15th, I reordered a bag on the 14th, which arrived on the 16th, yet there was still no decision on the return. Due to heavy rains and floods in the UAE, I decided to wait. Every week i got 2,3whatsapp message from courier agent for asking me to send my location, I have sent them my location each time , but after that there was no response from their side, i message them back but didn’t get reply.
Yesterday again One of the courier agent called me and asking me to WhatsApp my location. Then I had sent him my location through WhatsApp. but till now no one came here to pick it up , I tried to contact him but he didn’t answer my calls and didn’t reply back to my message
As of may 5th, there has been no progress. It's perplexing why returns don't receive the same prompt attention as new orders.
