Alas, I also have not received my order and cannot get a response from customer serivce.

Have used this product before and really rate it for lightening my hair. Unfortunatley my most recent order (of 3 bottles for ~$150AUD) has yet to arrive after ordering it on 1/12/25 and its now nearly March! Since originally getting a response in January to confrim that it was still on the way, my last 3 emails have now been ghosted and my tracking link has still had no updates since 3/12.... If I hadn't purchased before I'd think this was a scam but instead just super disapointed that I'm getting no response when its been 3 months since my order and still no product.. Apprecaite that shipping can take time to Australia but this is getting ridicilous when it was originally supposed to be 10-15 business days.

Literally forget bleach. In just 2 summers I got back my childhood blonde with just Sunbabe! Dark dirty blonde to Barbie blonde! Thank you Sunbabe for an amazing line of products keeping my hair beautiful, light, healthy, and luscious. I also want to say that their hair oil is AMAZING as well. not only does it help my hair and make it soft and shiny, it smells wonderful. If you are on the fence--INVEST IN THIS!!! It is magic in a bottle. Also- tip for in the winter- use it in the sauna!!!!!!

I was so nervous that it would damage my hair and turn it a funky color, I am so happy to report it is a gradual lightener and it's blended my grown out balayage to my light roots beautifully! It did take using a whole bottle to REALLY see a difference, 2nd bottle really lightened it up!
About to order my 3rd bottle. I really try and take care of my hair with good shampoo/conditioner/oil and I haven't noticed it drying it out. Try it!!

I bought this product because my hair was severely damaged last year after a Brazilian blowout and I cannot use bleach on it. It worked beautifully on my roots and also gave me a much lighter color without damaging my hair. I will definitely buy again.

Turned my brown roots bright orange and my dark blonde hair whitish/purple after using the lightener and toning mask. Worse than Sun-in. The oil also dried out my hair so badly that I had to go to a salon to get a professional mask and of course color correction. Horrible and would never use or recommend... the company also asked me to ship back the barely used products without providing a prepaid mailing label or anything and it would have cost more than the $100 that I spent in the first place.

While the product is a good hair lightener, their snail speed shipping and lack luster customer service leaves ALOT to be desired. To the point that I’m thinking I need to file a claim for a refund. I purchased two bottles the last week of August and my order has yet to ship. Today is Sept 9th, like get it together. If I had not ordered from the in the past, I’d start thinking this company is a fraud and stole $80 from me. So buyer beware.

UPDATE: 9-18-2025. Still no package. Tracking shows it is still in NY. It has been 4 weeks. This company's shipping and customer service are terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I love the new formula. Smells good. And works great. Even on days when it's not sunny I can see a noticeable difference. Excellent customer service as well.

Been using this product for 3 years. Makes greys less noticeable and lightens the hair tp a honey blond shade. Won't give platinum/ashen shades, rather warm ones. Two hairdressers said they cannot see any damage to my hair from this product.
