Slight delay in delivery but not enough to deduct stars. Very good service & efficient delivery & installation. Appliance as advertised.

Excellent communication from Robert regarding product and delivery which was very fast. Delivered and set up quickly and professionally with instructions on usage.

I have always used sun bed studios for about 10 years , I’ve always received a warm welcome by every member of staff , that’s why I continue to use only this sun bed salon , I would recommend this salon to everyone.
I have just read a previous review , where some gentleman has complained about not receiving 20 minutes free , on the use 10 beds get one free , I use these cards all the time , I have always known that you only recieve the minutes in which you have been using on the bed , so if you had used 10 sessions of 13 minutes, then your free one would also be 13 minutes….
I would not expect 20 minutes free when I’ve never done a 20 minute session .. it actually makes no sense why someone would think that you would.
Then to down grade the salon and staff is harsh , please people use this salon and don’t listen to negative reviews.

The ladies in this salon are all lovely and very helpful. Keep up the good work ladies , Martina would be proud of you all.

Easy website, good communication, lovely guys delivering and installing and prompt delivery too. So far so good on using sunbed, quieter than previous one.

I bought a collagen W4 sunbed 5 weeks ago, my mother in law bought one last year and she highly recommended this company, I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend, Two men turned up and had everything up and running in about an hour fuss no hassle 💗🌝

On point with delivery couple of days over weekend notice and 1hour away from Gillingham, perfect timing. Lovely service all round, man who delivered and fitted within 5 mins lol, great guy helpful, as are the text's to reasure you can keep. . If you are like me with plenty of notice, and honestly sunbed has done wonders for me, also I have suffered from bad skin on my face and also sumwhat low mood. I suggest for any of the above, the best cheapest service. .. BEST THING I HAVE EVER SPENT MONEY ON!!!!

Received my sunbed today. Great service from start to finish kept me informed on delivery date/times. Came all the way down to Dorset. After looking for ages online at lots of sunbeds, we are so pleased we used this company. Both myself and daughters used it today, very very happy already. We went for the black W4. Would definitely recommend and will use them again when we need new tubes replacing. Thank you guys 👍👍

Very happy with my sunbed and the service I received. I originally used the live chat and they got back to me straight away. I phoned the next day and Robert was very helpful, answering all my questions. Took just under a week for delivery, and was kept up to date with delivery times. (which was nice and early), Took 10 mins to set up and was showed how to use it. Would definitely recommend buying from this company. There is another sunbed company a few miles down the road from me, but I opted for sunbeds. Com who are 80 miles away from as there reviews were very good, especially their customer service, unlike the other company. Very pleased with my purchase, thank you 😊

I paid for a booking and right after the payment went through, I received an email from sunbeds.com saying that that particular beach club did not accept bookings - I.e. sunbeds.com took the money knowing that they couldn't fulfill the obligation or the service they claimed were about to offer. I call this a scam and a fraud

super fast delivery had the sunbed for the last 4 months and mine and my neices tan is that holiday look tan the best sunbed home hire around my area would definitely recommend

Needed some advice about how long the tubes last on my Standupx26. Used the chat function and got a reply from Robert straight away. Brilliant response.

Living on the Isle of Man it has always been difficult to get large items delivered but the staff at sunbeds.com was amazing they accommodated everything. I sent them a delivery address for the shipping company they delivered the bed very quick and kept me updated by text phone and email they even numbered up the panels as they wasn’t able to assemble it for me. I would 100% recommend them they are amazing and extremely professional and friendly. Thank you
