In summary, I would recommend Suncar Haifa to anyone but it is particularly convenient for those stepping off a cruise ship in the port of Haifa.
The office is located in an unassuming storefont on Jaffa street, possibly within a walking-distance of the cruise-ship terminal though maybe best to take a relatively cheap taxi.
By the way, 50 meters up Jaffa street, you can find the best shawarma in the world – it was traditionally the center of shawarma in Haifa and there are quite a few restaurants there to choose-from.
The price I got for a small car was great. The car itself was a bit worn on the outside, but I didn’t care because inside it was clean and very reasonably equipped.
The best part was the staff and the service that was quick, courteous and efficient, much nicer than in the big car rental companies. I communicated with a human via WhatsApp which was very convenient, much better than a computer on a server-farm in the big companies.
