Ordered a flat-pack garden shed with …
Ordered a flat-pack garden shed with them and had some trouble with the assembly (I've put together close to 50 flat-pack pieces of furniture so I'm not an amateur). I called them to have a part replaced and am still waiting for it a month later. Have called their customer service number for days only to be automatically disconnected after going through their phone menu every time. When I called the operator she said that if their customer service center has too many calls on hold, it simply disconnects them. This is so frustrating and definitely the opposite of good customer service. I'm definitely going to think twice about ordering from Suncast again!

Wonderful customer service experience
I had a completely different experience than the reviewer below. I too bought a BMS7400 shed, and it had a missing part from a sealed box (Suncast probably does need a better QA process). However, when I called customer service, they told me to expect the part in 7-10 days. I told them I couldn't wait that long and offered to pay for expedited shipping. They told me to check back the next day to get tracking information. Well, before I could even do that, the part was here! They had overnighted it to me for no additional charge. Amazing customer service, and the shed is a superior product.

Getting a missing part delivered - a proper nightmare!
Ordered BMS7400 plastic shed through Shedstore.co.uk - 1 part is missing from sealed box. Shedstore does not give a (insert Your fav profanity here) about their customer for 3 days, that's not unexpected, but Suncast as manufacturer surely should have found that extra part already since it's not a small one and not orderable separately!
