I was intrigued by the product and decided to give it a try, adding one bottle to my cart and filling in my info. This was Feb. 20th. Before I could complete the order, however, I had to watch video after video, trying to get me to purchase more bottles and subscribe. After 20+ minutes of just trying to get through to complete the order for one bottle, I decided it wasn't worth my time and closed out. I never completed the order. Three days later, money was taken from my account. I emailed right away and was told the product had already shipped and I'd have to wait to receive it, then return it, before a refund could be processed. I did that (imagine that, the day of shipment was the same day I emailed) and per tracking they have received the product back, but still no refund. I tried emailing again and now my emails are "undeliverable", allegedly in violation of their spam policy. I can't get through to a person by phone and their online chat is useless (no actual person). I believe I'm being blocked intentionally as there is nothing offensive in my emails (other than the truth of disappointment and wanting a refund), and I'm using the same email address that went through two times previous. What a scam! I wish I just went on Amazon to try it as you can get it for the same price. I will tell everyone to avoid this company.

The product sounded amazing so I decided to give it a try. The only reason I actually tried it was because I could return it if I wasn't satisfied with the results. So I gave the product a try and I didn't see results so I decided to reach out to their customer service through email. Whoever contacted me was apologetic but didn't get me any recourse to send the item back. I reached out via email again and they instructed me to call a 1-800 number. I called to try and send the product back but the rep kept disconnecting the call. I did this 3 times! All 3 times the line disconnected. You can't tell me this is legit.

I continue to buy BioShield MD (Targeted Immune Support supplement). I believe this supplement helped my immune response improve during the COVID-19 era (starting 8/7/2022). I rarely get a common cold after using this immunity support for about 3 months. After the 2nd COVID vaccine update, I ceased taking COVID vaccines -- because I did not trust the efficacy of the vaccine, and because I was finding my immunity substantially improved by routinely taking the BioShield MD supplement. I have reduced my BioShield MD dosage to 1/2 their recommended dosage, which means I take 1 pill per day. I also take Vitamin C with rose hips.
I find their website very difficult to navigate -- though it is better than it was in 2022. It seems that they will not spend enough on their website to make it reliable -- though I am able to login with the same credentials for 3 1/2 years.
Also, their pricing is annoying. I buy 6 bottles at a time (once a year) to save money. But the pricing for 6 bottles, which started at $160.38, has remained about $30 higher after that first order.

My hair was shedding like crazy so I now take Rejuva Tress and my hair has stopped shedding and is healthier.
The customer service at Suncoast Sciences is absolutely awesome, they are so wonderful to talk with and are very helpful and they have helped to guide me to take my supplements properly.
I also use Dermabrite MD which is fading my dark spots and I am also using Total Package Serum which has improved my facial skin.
I just love this company!

I love the Sun Coast products! The Serum makes my skin so soft and is super gentle on sensitive skin. And when I accidentally hit the subscribe button for monthly deliveries, their cancellation process was FAST and super simple! I was shocked how easy it was to cancel but still order the products I wanted. Most companies make it almost impossible to cancel. EXCELLENT customer service!

I went to the same site where I purchased three bottles and requested to return the product for a full refund. I have had the product a week or so, but stopped using it after 6 or 8 pills because it gave me terrible stomach aches, bloating, upset stomach, etc...which is what I listed as the reason for the return.
THEN, I learned, not only would I have to repackage it and pay the postage to return it, which will likely cost $15+/-, that in addiiton to that I'd have to email the tracking number and other information to the email they provided because, otherwise, they wouldn't know I was returning it and it would delay my refund, which could take months even if I followed all of their rules to return it, it said.
I don't feel like this, "...if you are not absolutely happy...." rhetoric that's all over their site and what the pitch man-doctor says multiple times in his infomercial, you can get a full refund, is actually true.
While I might eventually get a refund, I have to go to a lot of trouble to go somewhere and get it packaged to return AND pay the postage, instead of them sending me a prepaid package to stick in my mailbox for pick up like most reputable companies do.
They are marketing to an older crowd, and as odd as it might seem, many women in my age group(I am 63) are unable to drive due to health/mobility issues and I am no exception. I will have to ask someone to take this and return it for me or drive me there to do it. These things make returning the product extremely difficult for me and inconvenient. If I can't get help to do it, I will just be stuck with a product I can't use and also out $117
I like supplements and had no intention of buying these and returning them, but THEY MAKE ME SICK. I generally don't get sick from supplements, so maybe it's one of the ingredients I have never had, dunno. I am upset because:
1. Their advertisments, including the unncessarily long movie length informercial, is misleading about returns. It also doesn't advise potential customers to research the ingredients and gain awareness of potential negative side effects of their product.
That Saw Palmetto, I have since learned, is likely what made me sick to my stomach. Had I read about that in advance I wouldn't have bought this. That, and it can alter blood sugar readings, etc...another reason some people wouldn't buy it in the first place. I don't doubt the product can do what it says, but it isn't for everyone and when we, the customers, find that out, we are penalized for it with wasted time, upset stomachs, and the cost and headache of a return.
2. I am going to have to pay to return it
3. I am going to have to ask someone to get the packaging and bring it to me and then take it and/or me to UPS or wherever to return it.
Saw Palmetto(So says Drugs.com and other places)can cause:
NAUSEA*VOMITING*DIARRHEA*STOMACH PAIN, etc.........which I got after about the 4th or 5th pill. It took several days before symptoms went away entirely.
I am so disappointed.

We did have a little 'mixup' with my order, but it was corrected quickly-I have been using Sun Coast products for several years--All of them--and could not be happier--As a 79 year old retired - often mistaken for someone in their late 60's, who could complain!!

The DermaBright was very effective within a week and continued to reduce the dark spots on my arms and legs over the next two months.
I then agreed to try the TotalPackage Serum which was very effective at reducing wrinkles and made my face, legs and arms look younger. I got compliments from younger people that I worked with.

I just love Sun Coast Sciences! Not only are the products extremely effective, their customer service is above and beyond any other company I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been taking Bioshield and Detoxithin for over two years now and I am a customer for life! I suffer from numerous autoimmune disorders and both of these products help me significantly! Whenever I’ve had any issue (eg. forgot about a recurring order or ordered the wrong product), the customer service agents are ALWAYS available to help via text or phone instantly.
