I ordered 2 dresses in November 2025 and upon receiving them 3-4 weeks later, they were extremely poor quality and the wrong size. I wrote to return them immediately and they offered to send me a smaller or larger size free of charge. When I said I wanted to return the item for a refund, they offered, "As a small business, we are not able to offer free returns. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer, as stated on our website.
However, if you do not wish to pay the return shipping costs, I can offer to refund you 10% of the purchase price without you having to return it to us."
When I agreed to a larger size, they said they would send the tracking information as soon as it was available. It has been 40 days since then and I have received no tracking order and no larger dresses. Do not buy, the quality is crap and they do not follow through.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I placed an order on 18 November, before reading the reviews here, and I am still waiting for it to be dispatched. A tracking number was provided, but it shows no movement or evidence that the order has entered the courier’s system.

I have sent multiple emails and only receive vague, unhelpful responses such as “we are checking this right now”, with no follow-up or resolution. Nothing actually happens after these replies.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Poor communication and failure to dispatch the order. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.

This is the worst company! They refused to cancel my order and are now refusing to give me any information on how to return the item which is ILLEGAL. The dress itself wasn’t the worst thing, cheap fabric. Avoid buying from here at all costs !!!

Horrible costumer service. I no longer needed my order after being 90 days late for shipping/delivery. No refund option was granted despite written policy. Not a legit company. Dress wasn't even nice a small was oversized and did not look like the picture.

I stupidly ordered from this site after seeing an Instagram advert. The image used was from Ganni and what turned up was a cheap knock off from China that would not fit a child! Worst quality and nothing like the picture. Customer service was rubbish and would’ve cost so much to return to China and I wasn’t convinced I’d get a refund even if I did so said goodbye to £40. Don’t make the same mistake!

Buyer beware - they are a scam. The cheaply made Narmi dress arrived too late for the occasion I needed it for, and then they gave me a hard time about returning it. They offered me 10% of the dress price and YAAAA..I could keep it. The quality of the dress makes it a great kitty litter liner. They are pretending to be an upstanding company, but they suck.

Wish I looked here before ordering!! Somehow they're products have hundreds of FAKE 5/5 reviews which misleads you to trusting them.

I reverse image searched the photo they used to advertise the dress and found out they've just stolen influencers photos from Instagram!! The real dress is from MANGO! honestly ludicrous.
The item that came resembled a Halloween costume. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The fact they charge such high prices for fake items is CRAZY I don't know how this isn't illegal and they haven't been shut down.

No point returning items either due to high postage cost! I reccomend to email and accept no less than 25% refund without returning the item.
Honestly it should be 100% refund as they know what they're doing here misleading the public but I couldn't face further communication to be honest!

I don’t even wanna give them one star! Literally the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress that arrived way past my birthday party only to Discover it was like a cheap Halloween costume. It was supposed to have long, bell sleeves, the so-called dress I received had pretty much normal sleeves. The material feels like a cheap plastic tablecloth and it’s bright white on the inside. It is not even hemmed. It is just a cheap stitching. This is such a scam. They let you think it is coming from Australia and it’s really from China and the cost to send it back is over $100 so they know you’re not going to send it back. I am fighting it with my credit card company and they are lying to American Express and telling them they offered me a replacement dress, they did not provide proof of this, but even if they did, I wouldn’t have taken it what would be the point I would have another cheap dress to put in the Salvation Army pile? I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I got sucked in on Pinterest

Crap, Crap, Absolute rubbish. Daughter bought without reading reviews, first mistake. She ordered a small and it barely fits her. Would suit a 12 year old. Absolutely no communication. Everything comes from China. NOT an AUSTRALIAN company !!
They will not do a change of size !

If I could give 0 stars I would this company is a scam. Received my order and the material looks completely different from the picture on the website and the size M is huge it fits me twice. Not to talk of the customer service very poor very slow, a shop like this should not be open. I will learn my lesson from this experience, I hope this review will help other customers not to be scammed like I did

If I can rate this store 0 stars I would. Please be aware that this store is a complete scam. The products are horrible quality. It was a total nightmare when I tried to return the items. They told me I had to ship back to china and cover the expense after they completely shipped me a cheap dress that was nothing like the picture or description. Do not purchase from them!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam. They market their clothes as high-quality, but what you actually get is cheap, flimsy, poorly made junk that looks nothing like the pictures.

The worst part? Their customer service is a nightmare. I tried to cancel my order before it even shipped, and they kept stalling with vague responses. Do not order from this site! I repeat do NOT waste your money or time on this site. Apparel is not what it shows on the website and considering it’s a China based company trying to get a refund is simply not going to happen.

Absolute scam. Clothes don’t look like anything they show on their website. Straight china bullshit. They don’t answer so you loose your return window.

I bought a dress for my daughter to wear at a wedding. It came and is not the same as the pictures online. It’s cheap looking and she will not be wearing it.

In line with others comments, this is a scam site. Horrendous quality, ill fitting and poorly made with product defaults. Clearly use AI for advertising and not the products they are actually selling. I can’t even bring myself to go through the rigmarole of return procedure which I’m responsible for paying unbeknownst to me at time of purchase as presents like a UK company but actually China based. The only silver lining here is my learning to check Trustpilot before purchasing from any novel company. I wish I’d known beforehand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

No free returns, had to pay £12 to ship to China(was returned undeliverable??) and wait several months for my refund. Can’t believe a fake site like this is allowed to be promoted on apps like Pinterest!!

The outfit I received was not the same quality as the pics on the website. I don’t even think I would wear it as a Halloween costume. The reviews were all lies. Once I went back to check, I started to notice the photoshop errors and weird poses in the review pics. Arghhhh! I was duped!
