If I could give less than one I would.
I made my order since the 30th of December. Today is the 14th of Jan, no signs of my order.
I emailed the customer service team a few days ago as the delivery was suppose to take 3 business days. They kept making empty promises that they’ll investigate.
I decided to reach out to dhl myself and turns out the order has not been handed to dhl. I’m
Mortified at the standard of operation. What a joke ! I need my refund. By the way, if you’ll sell supplements, the least you can do is be honest.

Order placed on the 23rd and 27th od December still waitibg for it and on top of it charged extra for the delivery. The response i got we are a bid busy for holidays.. Helllo like everyone else but the deliverys are not late for this long period... Un till now the orders were not even dispatched.. Let me see how they will work on this at the end and wich kind of compensation they will offer for this!!!

Very bad service support. I need clarification on how to use the Vitd3 +k2 2500iu drops. I don’t know if they mean 1 single drop or 1 full droplet. No one can explain this simple fact.

Excellent products, been using them since 2 years. Prices are really honest and shipping in Switzerland a real plus! I've already gave the website name to many people. Delivery is a bit random once it takes 4 days, here I've been waiting a week already...

The shipping is fast and the products are well protected. The price is quite reasonable for this type of product and even cheaper than most. The products are packaged in glass jars, which I really appreciate. After a week of use, I feel a difference in my health, the products are effective and I can already see the difference with other brands I had tried. It's my therapist who recommended this brand to me and I am delighted.

I ordered the fertility woman. They smell horrendous and swallowing them is impossible and I have the taste in my mouth for hours after. The first time I took them my stomach hurt for hours. I contacted them multiple times asking if it’s a bad batch. I haven’t got any replies from them at all, it is extremely frustrating.

Edit: they have provided a refund for the order, recommended to discontinue use and consult a docker whether these vitamins are suitable for myself specifically.
