Buyer beware!! This is NOT a legit company. I ordered a small and they sent me a medium. I can return at my expense or they offer you a refund of 40%. I opted the refund because it’s not worth the price sending back. They are playing games with me and saying they sent me an email about the refund. I haven’t received anything!! I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing.

This is a complaint about the exceptionally poor response rate of Sundaze Wear. I purchased a dress from them online and am attempting to return it. They do not respond to their emails and hence delaying the return and refund process.

I ordered 8 bottles and I swear...there was no scent(North moon) at all...it was watery and had no oil base, I purchased this last year it was phenomenal that's why I purchased it again however I noticed that the packaging was different I believe I was scammed...I will be issuing a buyers beware on my social media page...I have lots of followers who wanted to purchase this also 🤬

SCAM! I made my order 2022 November for about $14 and they are still charging me to this day 2023 dec for $25!! I did receive my order like 3 months later from shipping day, but I have not ordered since and still… I am being charge.

Don’t purchase from them. My card was compromised after the purchase. Be careful

Total scam. I ordered their perfume in November, never got contacted since then… also I think their website collects data, because since I’ve gave the required information about myself I got scam calls or scam emails all the time.

I ordered the Pheromone Oil on January 12, 2023. It is now March 9, 2023. Still have not received item. Emailed twice and no answer from this company.
Tracking number- AG237987239CN. It says number not found. Thought this was a legit website. Obviously not. Have not been contacted by customer service. Order number is 138482.

Total Scam! I ordered a bottle nearly three months ago and never received my order. Then, I got signed up for a monthly subscription I never asked for. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one because they never cancelled it, and now, months later they offered to issue a refund, but lost all of my information. Now they need my credit info? no way. this company is a complete scam! Stay away!

After three months and two failed delivery still trying to get my money back…. It takes them two weeks to answer

Last November I've placed an order and still haven't received it! The support is not helpful at all! Scam!!!!!

I placed an order with them in November for about 14$ and to my surprise, two days ago an order was placed in my name in their shop for 25$. I tried contacting them and got no answer of course. Then I saw that when you place an order with them, without your knowledge they add to your order a subscription to their premium membership or something similar and if you don’t cancel it (remember you don’t even know you subscribed to it) you will pay monthly for nothing. THIS IS A SCAM !

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was in contact with them for a month since my product arrived mostly empty. When they asked for a refund or a shipment I requested a refund and now they have just ghosted me. ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. Whoever owns this company is worthless and shouldn’t be allowed to run this operation. I’m beyond angry at them and they should just shut down if this is how they are going to treat costumers. Absolutely awful. Save your money and just go to the dollar store for perfume. So worthless

I ordered a bottle it came empty. The bottle leaked out into the packaging. I contacted them to let them know. I was asked to provide pictures. No problem. I was then told they would send a replacement. Nothing. One month later my account was charged for a new bottle the email I received said that I had signed up for a membership. I requested that my membership be canceled and restated I have only received an empty bottle for my first order. I never received a replacement bottle. I did however receive another empty bottle. The packaging smelled like a perfume from the 1960s.

This company is trash. The item I ordered, the oil, took over 3 months to be delivered. I reached out several times and never got a response. The packaging was awful and when it finally arrived, the oil leaked everywhere. There was a drop in it and I was able to wear it one time. It did NOT last for 6 hours. Customer service did nothing about it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I contacted them so many times but they did not respond. I have been demanding a refund for a month now. Still nothing. This is just a scam.

This was a complete scam. It took more than a month to arrive and when it did, it was leaking and half empty. It smells like a knock off of Clinique perfume so no clue where “pheromones” are supposed to come into play. It was a complete waste of money!

It took a long long time for my package to arrive. When it finally arrived the bottle was empty for 3/4… it smells ok, dont know if it really works. Its a shame that i only received 1/4 of the bottle

I ordered a bottle almost one month ago and nothing has arrived. The customer service team doesn’t communicate or respond to any attempts at getting an update and the tracking number has been saying the same thing for the last three weeks. Definitely not a fan so far.

Scam! Have not received it. It has not even been shipped even though I ordered it a month ago. Wrote them and demanded a refund. No reply.
