Excellent supermarket - Best South Asian Store
Excellent supermarket, As an Indian living in Netherlands, I would rate Sunderban as the best South Asian grocery store in NL. They are one of the very few stores to have authentic products that are essential for every regional taste in India and namely also fresh fish, vegetables, seasonal fruits and home made sweets.
The best service from Sunderban's team is their quick delivery often the very next day of placing the order, they have an excellent professional but caring after sales service. They also always include a small freebie in the box (a nice friendly touch to the already excellent service).

Goat and lamb meat are not the same
This is based on my past experience order 2nd July 2021.
I ordered Mutton - goat meat as mentioned on the website. But the meat received was lamb meat and not goat meat. On top of it - it tasted peculiarly different. I had to throw away all of the meat and was not a good experience. Also wrote to the company haven’t heard anything ever.
Personally, I would have never ordered had I know if it was a lamb meat. So to avoid confusion, I would change the name to “Lamb meat” on the website to avoid confusion for other customers and prevent you from similar emails as this one. Everything else was good.

Everything was good and fresh except the Jalebi! Jalebi was kind of raw and not cooked properly, also very soft and not crispy. Every time I order Jalebi it is great but this time it wasn't fresh and good. But, overall the mutton, other sweets and products are great and must recommend for anyone looking to buy Indian Grocery in the Netherlands!
