I placed an order at the beginning of May. Package has not come. All requests by mail are ignored. Avoid this company

Ordered spices with them which were delivered to a wrong address. I know for a fact the package was returned back to the company. I contacted Suneli asking them either reship it to a correct address or refund me. They have never acknowledged my email. Essentially, they stole my package.

I've ordered items with standard delivery, but unfortunately my order was dispatched only 2 weeks after the order was placed and after sending the request regarding my order. When I received the order it was damaged, one of the spicies was spilled out and other items were covered with the spice. I send the mail regarding the issue, but unfortunately customer service never replied.

This website looks like a gem for people interested in Georgian food and ingredients. The 2 stars are not for the quality of the spices, etc supplied. The quality of the goods is fine but they rarely reply to emails. They also took a fortnight to send stuff and were very frustrating to deal with. When people don;t reply it is a bit alarming. The parcel was well packed and all items were intact - it just seemed a long couple of weeks waiting for them.
