I can't recommend Sunergy enough. I contacted them off the back of their flawless TrustPilot score, and I wasn't disappointed. Emails and calls were all dealt with promptly, and my battery system was installed within three weeks, at a good price. There were stock problems with the battery that I originally ordered, but they installed a bigger capacity battery at no extra cost to me.

The installers were friendly and genuinely seemed to be happy to do their job. The system was installed in a couple of hours (fuelled by coffee!), and they didn't even need to turn the power off. In the following days, I had trouble controlling the inverter over the web, but James arranged a firmware update over the air within 24 hours and now everything is working as it should.

I'm a happy customer and will certainly return if the need arises.

Would highly recommend sunergy James was very knowledgeable on the inverters.
Jordon was very efficient fitted the new one and explained how to monitor the system.

Very helpful in answering questions, good price including fitting. Installers arrived exactly when they said they would. Units quickly installed and all waste removed. Very neat installation. System working explained so that I could take over the system use. I have no hesitation in recommending Sunergy for providing a system for off-peak electricity storage for use in peak rate periods.

I am delighted with my Sunnergy experience in providing me with a battery to complement my PV system. James and Jo were professional always, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Installation similarly went as planned with Mason & Jordan working efficiently to install new inverter & battery, cleaned up & explain the App. An all round professional job @ a good price. A friend forwarded a 'special offer' from Sunenergy for a new battery. I applied for quote and it was as per special offer. James came and inspected our property and confirmed price, no hidden extras added.
Yesterday Mason and Jordan arrived on schedule and installed the battery. It is neat and where we wanted it. Mason explained how the App works and noting my mature years, offered to write down the procedure for charging once we have changed Octopus charged scheme, that was much appreciated. He couldn't have been more helpful.

Honesty is quite rare in the solar panel business, as we found out. Luckily we ended up with Sunergy, who must be the most honest company around. Personal service from the start, and a quote to replace a non functioning inverter which was 1/6 of a previous quote from an unsolicited visit. The two young people who came were lovely. Polite, efficient, competent and thorough. We have easy phone access with the company. It has been a pleasure to deal with them. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to James and Mason for a recent battery installation. Totally smooth operation from discussion with the office about our needs, arranging installation date to James and Mason arriving on time on the day despite horrendous journey. Would recommend this company to anyone thinking of battery storage. We plan to use them again in the future for inverter replacement when necessary. Thanks again Sunergy Renewables.

Sunergy are a pleasure to deal with, James and Jo are extremely helpful. The electricians, Mason and Jordan, were very friendly and very professional, The fitting of the battery and inverter went smoothly, with a tidy cable run. They cleared up completely after the job was completed, and took time to talk me through the Solax App. I can highly recommend Sunergy.

James and the team have been a pleasure to work with in installing my storage batteries. Great communication, on site visit before the work begins. Quick response to any questions asked. Clean and tidy workmanship, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. Definitely would recommend.

I have had solar panels for 8 years (4.9kw solaredge system) but have not added a battery. I have a solar boost buddy linked up to my emersion heaters to heat water with any excess solar electricity.

I went in for wokingham councils crowd bid for a battery and got a quote. I received a quote from Jo at Sunergy on the same day.

The price and reviews on trust pilot were better. Plus the proposed battery was bigger. Solax inverter and 5.8kw battery. Jo and James at Sunergy were really helpful explaining how the battery can be added and work with my existing system and solar boost buddy.

Mason and Jordan came in the agreed day, fitted the system where I wanted it very quickly. Great explanation of the solax app. Everything is working perfectly.

And as I'm also on octopus agile, I'm able to charge from the grid at cheap times. I'm controlling the charging for now, but having octopus do it for me is always an option.

Halved my electricity bill on the first day, and lots more savings to come when electricity is free or even negative price on the agile tariff.

When I contacted Sunergy through their internet site their response was immediate and once I had informed them of my problem, they were most helpful which filled me with confidence which is why I chose them to carry out the work I required.

I was given three date options for the work to be carried out and on the given day the engineer turned up on time carried out the work in a very professional manner fitted what was required and gave full explanation to me of how the new system worked.

He even helped me set up the app on my phone which I was more than impressed with.

I can highly recommend this company and although I hope I don’t need to contact them again I would certainly recommend my friends and family If the ever they have similar needs.

It took just 2 weeks from placing my order to having 3 SolaX batteries and inverter fitted - plus an Ohme EV charger. The service from this small team is nothing short of excellent. The price is fair too. James was my first point of contact, I was impressed with the way he explained everything to me - he gave me good advice on the options available. Mason and Jordan were the fitters - they completed the installation neatly and efficiently. I worried I might not understand the Apps but I needn't have. Mason & Jordan took time at the end of the installation to explain everything to me.

I have previously left a 5 star review for this company based on the ordering and installation process. That said I have had to deal with them recently with a solax inverter warrenty issue. Solax were amazing and offered a replacment inverter almost straight away, I arranged the replacment to be delivered and contacted James from Sunergy, James was really helpfull and even arranged to relocate my inverter when the old one was replaced. James and his team are real proffesionals, their engineers are really freindly, clean and great at what they do. There is not many companies I write reviews about but Sunergy has just been a standout company everytime I have needed support, Dave in Wigan.

Very pleased with this company, wouldnt hesitate to recommend, very helpful, arrived on time, polite. Our old inverter was 12 years old and the previous company went out of business, Sunergy swopped out for a more efficient up to date inverter and we're very pleased its producing electricity as soon as its light our previous was only when the sun was out so a great improvement in tech, ive been approached by several solar companies in the past and have not felt they were legit!!!
