So far very bad, took my money but no delivery and no response to my emails

My wife ordered a blouse at a cost of £25. It "looked good" on facebook. In reality it is a poor fit and of poor manufacturing quality so she asked to return it and get a refund. She was sent an address of a factory in Jiangsu province, China, with instructions to return it herself at her cost, following confirmed receipt of which she would get a refund less their shipping cost. As observed by a previous reviewer this company is a UK front for a Chinese factory. She was then offered a 35% refund if she wished to keep the item. It is not clear what value the 35% would reference but she tells me she wouldn't be seen dead in it! Stick to eBay or Amazon.
I have since discovered that the Chinese government subsidises exporters' shipping costs to the tune of 95%. No other country does this, to the best of my knowledge, certainly not the UK. It would have cost £14-ish to return the pesky blouse!!! Avoid China. It uses unfair trading practices.

I have still not received my package which has been over a month now. Everytime you check tracking it says preparing from sender. They were quick to take my money seems they do not deliver! I have heard nothing from them. They are clearly illegal and should be banned. Do not order from this company!!

I just deleted my previous review, as amazingly, the bags I ordered arrived yesterday. The products I ordered are of good quality, but the customer service is appalling. The money was taken from my account, but I heard NOTHING. No order confirmation, nothing. After more than 2 weeks, I began sending emails - at least half a dozen. No response whatsoever. Having finally got my order after 3 weeks, the products were of good quality, but I would never order from them again.

I placed an order in good faith with Suneveryday, paid fully at the time of ordering. No response to several emails sent to them asking where my order is. I chose this company because I thought they were UK based, clearly not the case. It is a criminal offence to take someones money and not fulfil their obligation to deliver. I am so angry.

Bought something from this company but have never been delivered although they said have dispatched my order that was one month ago. I emailed them to ask for refund, but they never replied. They don't provide phone number. Been waiting long enough for their product, then I had to buy similar product elsewhere. Do not touch anything from them as it looks like scam. I am not receiving from refund soon, I will report them and they will get their consequences.
